How to lose weight,quickly? -

im 5 4 and 130pounds eat healthy and exercise regularly but cant shift the half stone i have gained in last 6months. Thinking about going on a low carb diet just short term, i have cut back on carbs before and havnt seen much diff but maybe if i was more strict. Any suggestions?

You may think you eat healthy but unless your calorie intake is less than your calorie expense you wont lose weight. Low carb diets really aren t a great idea- low refined carb diets are much more sensible!The carbs to avoid are sugary ones:White bread/ rolls, white pasta, white rice, most breakfast cereals, cakes, biscuits, Replacement good carbs are:Wholegrain bread/ rolls, brown pasta, brown rice, porridge/ oats (avoid high sugar museli), replace cakes/ biscuits with dried fruit nuts.Strictly speaking, fruit fruit juice may be healthy but is high in sugar so replace them with vegetables, veg juice water.Eat 50% vegetables/ fruit, 25-30% protein, 20-25% good carbs with each meal. Drink LOTS of water (2-3litres per day) to aid fat digestion.You will need to do 30minutes of cardiovascular exercise 4times a week (jogging, swimming, cycling) try doing some strength training. Do a little bit of weight lifting using tins/ cans etc. or do things like sit-ups, press-ups, the plank, squats etc. 2-3 times a week for 20minutes.Good luck resist temptation!

Actually, at 5 4 you are within the appropriate weight range for your height. If you still want to loose weight, you will probably have to reduce the amount of food you eat. Also, you could eliminate carbs altogether, but I don t think that s a good idea. Hope this helps.

i went on the rosemary conely diet and lost a stone and a half recipes where great and as long as everything is under 5% fat per 110 grams you should be fine,the first two weeks dont drink alochol and you good luck.

look:eat this for breakfast:3 eggs and cereal and water; OR 2 pieces french toast w/ only honey, (or pancakes instaed) and 2 eggs, OJ.
