How do i lose weight fast and easy? -

im on twelve, and i weigh like 140, i dont look fat from the front its just like all in my sides. but im just tired of being fat cause it keeps me away from hanging out with friends, casue im too worn out. or anay guys i like. so please just help me find a way with out exerciseing, and pills. like a drink recipe or something like that. Don t use pills or anything like that because they don t really teach you anything about how to eat healthier. You just have to eat more fruit, first of all. Strawberries Raspberries are my favorites :) because they are so yummy but actually healthy! Also you need to exercise. I know you said you didn t want to exercise but even a walk around your neighborhood every morning will do you good. Also, I am a dancer which is a lot more exercise than you would think. Try doing something active that is fun and that you enjoy.

I m so sorry to hear. The best work out routine is to look at what your eating. Eat more fruits and veggies girlfriend! I dont mean it in a cliche way, but you do need to start realizing that you are what you dont want to be right? I wake up at 6AM and go jogging around for a mile and i do basic exercises, it s not what you eat and what you do, and then again IT IS! Do 30 jumping Jacks, 10-15 push-ups, 30 exercising bike pedalling, and15 curl-ups a day! Hope I helped! 3

Why would you want to do this?? Do you need to lose weight?? It would work, but it is very dangerous and i would not suggest doing it. You can over hydrate your self. i know that it sounds crazy cause water is suppose to be good for you, but it can be done. i know it s happened to me before. i did not stop eating altogeter just cut back and drank water constantly all day. probably averaging around a gallon and 1/2 a day. Also you won t stay that. the second you begin to eat again you will pack on the pounds fast. cause duringn the time that you have not eaten your body has gone in to starvation mode meaning it will begin to store any bite of fat that is put into the body reversing everything that you have done. not to mention all the vitamins that you are depriving from your body. you need food to live. never starve your self to be what you think everyone else would like. i know it s easier said then done, but a good person will love you for who you are.

You re talking about fasting. If you do not also take additional supplements like 3 Vit and mineral pills a day plus at least 3 liters of water, you ll get sick. Plus you still need to do some exercise to retain muscle. Moreover, if you fast for any extended period of time, you need to be under medical supervision (i.e. get blood pressure checked daily, etc.). You ll drop weight if you fast, no doubt, but it s very risky and I wouldn t recommend it unless you re doing it under supervision. On the other hand, you can fast for a day and it ll actually do your body good. It ll shrink your stomach which will make it easier to eat smaller portions.

How can i lose weight ? -

I dont care about losing weight fast i just wanna get to my goal in 2-4 months. I would like to lose 30 pounds. I weigh 185 right now and want to 155. The reason for this is because i don t want to ruin my bicycle because i cant keep buying parts. + I would just love to be healthier and stronger.

Every day I eat a cup of Dannon Light Fit Yogurt, a NutriGrain bar, and a small salad, in addition to whatever else I eat in a normal day. I also do 50 crunches a day. Note: The faster you do crunches, the less you feel them, but they re still effective! I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

Lol that s funny because i m like 150 and want to be like 100. Weight watchers has helped me loose about 20 pounds. I used to be like on the verge of 180. They give you an amount of food points to stay withiin and if you eat that amount you ll loose weight. I run a lot for exercise and do crunches and push ups and i m really happy with my sucess so far. I m going to keep going until i reach my goalSo take it into consideration.
