How can I lose as much weight fast?? like in a week?? -

Hi. Im 20 years old and my bf and my mom keep saying Im gaining weight. Im so scared to look at food anymore and when I eat something I regret it so much afterwards. I just started at a gym but how can I lose weight fast before I go insane? I looked online and everyone says you can lose like a pound or two a week! all the work all week for 2 pounds! help!

well i used to ask my mom the same things and she has a great body she told me that i should work out for at least an hour before i shower in the morning and not to eat anthing after about 6 thirty and it helped hopefully it helps you to=) just be sure to drink plenty of water

Hi there! OK, so I just got married and had to lose weight FAST! Well, I WANTED to lose weight fast. hehe But I also wanted to do it safely. I went on a protein shake diet. It worked wonders! I seriously lost a LB a day! The shake I used was called Gold medal Whey . I also ate all the fruit and vegis I wanted. The yummy ones are cucumber, carrots, nectarines apples, ect. Crunchy ones are good cause they make you feel like you really ate something substantial. The good news is its summer and fruit and veggis are abundant. They taste great (once you get used to it lol) and you will NOT feel hungry. The Whey cost about $50 for a huge container and can be purchased just about anywhere and it tastes very good. I would recommend going to a gym to buy it though. I still use it to replace meals. Also, take advantage of the summer and go swimming. Simply exericise and eat healthy and eat smaller portions of luxury food, i went to the gym for ages and still didnt lose alot of weight but just stick to it and u will notice the difference in two weeks! fresher skin, more toned, more healtheir and more confident, dont prove them wrong, prove yourself right :D gud luck

I know this isn t healthy but if you really need to loose weight you can do the trash bags and sweat suit rutine. This is deffinalty not good for you but you can take plastic trash bags and wrap them around your body basicly wear them like clothes and then wear other clothes over them and start running. you will easily cut 10 lbs. BUT LIKE I SAID THIS IS DEFFINALTY NOT GOOD FOR YOU, so be careful.

That isn t realistic. There are fad diets that will help you lose 5-10 lbs by next Saturday, but you ll gain it all back. The smartest way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. It ll take a while but the weight will stay off and you ll be healthy.

Did you put the 10lbs on in a week?So it is totally unrealistic to think that you will take it off in a week... It will not be wise to try to lose that amount of weight in a week... If you find the secret please tell me

How do you lose weight fast on your butt and thighs.? -

These are my problems areas and i Hate it because i want to be able to wear tight jeans and bikinis and not have these huge legs and bum. I NEED TIPS....i want to lose it within 4 weeks.

I have my dinner dance in 4 weeks, and i want to lose weight about 9 kilos to feel confident and for summer? -

what diets do you reccommend, i want a diet i can lose weight fast on, but keep it off because i know with a lot of diets you lsoe a lot of weight then put it all back on but twice as much. please help

9 kilos is like 20 lbs!Thats 5 lbs a week....im sorry, but the most youll be able to lose is about 5 or 6 kilos if you want to keep the weight off.get a gym membership and find a workout that keeps your heart rate up and start eating a healthier diet.you may not lose the 9 kilos, but youll look trimmer and slimmer by that dinner dance...

If I go on a very fast diet and lose weight quickly, if after I have lost the weight...? -

if i eat healthly, and exercise often will i keep the weight off? I dont need people to tell me its dangerous to lose weight fast, I already know that thanks.

Well it depends on what kind of diet you go on. I would say it s most likely you will gain some of that weight back but if you work out and exercise you will definiely keep some of it off. And then more will slowly come off! =) Have fun and good luck!

first youre going to lose a lot of muscle and then youll be skinny but with a body mass mostly constructed of fat only. if you then eat healthy you will gain your muscle mass back but your fat will start to shed. if anything youll only gain a little weight (scale-wise) but youll probably look the same. after eating healthy your body will look hard and tight :)

HAHAHAHAHA. Dream on, sweetheart. You have to first change your way of living. Trust me, don t rush in and then make a promise to yourself to do all that exercise stuff once your done starving yourself. It never works.

Yes if you continute to exercise the weight will stay off but it is easier to keep off if you lose the weight slower.

Ok im 12 years old about 140 pounds how can i lose weight fast?and n get a 6 pack? -

To get a 6 pack abs you need to combine strength training, including full body ab movements and combine that with high intensity interval training. So do a training program that includes squats, lunges, chest presses and single arm shoulder presses. Rows, inverted rows, pull ups and chinups. As for full body ab exercises, make sure it includes planks, side planks, planks with one leg elevated and then alternating sides like a swimming kick. Planks with arms on the ball, planks with feet on the ball. And the toughest most advanced ab exercise there is, the pull up with knee raises. Do a regular pull up and on the top of the pull up, raise your knees to your chest without swinging your body. Repeat for 8-12 times.You also need to reduce the layer of fat that covers your core muscles. The best and fastest way to do this is using interval training. Sprint for 15 seconds at full speed and then rest for 45 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 times.Make sure to warm up thoroughly before you do any workout. That way you will prevent injuries and you ll get your body ready for your workout.

Any ways to lose weight fast (like 30 days) ? -

I m 19, 5 3, and i weigh 138lbs... i just cant stop eating and i need to lose weight before i go to Florida next month. My goal weight is 115. How can i lose the weight fast?!?!?

i use to be 130 but know im 115 cuz i only eat like 2 times a day lol =] i know its not healthy but hay it works oh and drinking lots of water can cause water weight too so do your best!!

Atkins is probably the fastest. Also, I found that cutting gluten out of my diet helped me to lose weight and cut my appetite.

go vegan, do cardio two times a week, yoga three times a week. There you go, problem solved.
