Eat healthy and do squats. Jessica Simpson doesn t have much of a butt but really worked it out hard for her role as Daisy Duke in the Dukes of Hazzard. It helped those muscles (her glutes) get bigger in order to give her a bigger butt.

squats and stepper machine, lounges.

How to lose weight fast and without hassle.? -

I do not have time to get out and run or do crunches OR ANYTHING! I am extremely busy all the time, but i still need a way to get thin. Can anyone help me out?

Try the Little Jack workout seen here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr to lose tons of weight

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I havent seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight. The success has inspired me to help others and i am sure you won t be disappointed. The link is at the source below.

You will need to think of a diet plan. Eat smaller meals. Don t take 3 main meals but spread it out to 5 different meals in small portion. This will prevent hunger pangs. Avoid food that are rich in starch and carbohydrates such as pizza, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, pasta or noodles etc. Avoid junk food and no fast food either. Cut down the fried stuff too. For drinks, avoid the sugary stuff as this is the main thing that will pile on the weight without you realizing it.

i have found that eating smaller meals and not eating dinner has always helped. whenever you feel hungry drink like four glasses of water and soon you won t feel hungry anymore. the food you should be eating of course has to healthy (I know, everyone says that), but stick to lighter foods like fruit and vegetables, try to stay away from milk and dairy products - try rice milk instead. i found that when i gave up cheese for a months i lost about five kilos. one of my friends did the same but she gave up on chocolate ( no way i would give up on that) and she lost around four kilos. the excersise you could do is anything that can get your heart pumping. or even, do some yoga or pilates to help ton your body. you can always look up some excerises on youtube for certain areas of your body that you want to loose wieght. anyways, i know this stuff will help you. loosing wieght had got to do with 80% of what you eat and 20% of excersise. so its important what you eat. peace out.

How to lose weight in thighs, arms, and the love handles fast? -

I want to be skinny without none of them by summer how can I do this?

4 letters - DIET

Eat a healthy diet that includes healthy monounsaturated fats/plant oils and do cardio exercise and strength training. Body fat melts off with cardiovascular exercise, and building up your muscles causes your body to burn more calories at rest. This will result in less fat and a shaplier, toned body.Sorry - proper diet and exercise is the only way to go! :)

may be this info helped for you?

Weight loss tips ? -

does anyone have any tips to achieve a flat tummy ? i dont want strict diets - i dont have the patience...

My advice on how to get a flat tummy would be to make sure you have a good diet - I mean not many fatty foods and sugars etc. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner - with only fruit as a snack. You will need to exercise to get a flat tummy. I would suggest you join an exercise class at your local gym or leisure centre. This will encourage you to workout, rather than rely on your own will power to exercise at the gym. If you eat the right stuff and work-out for an hour 3 times a week, you will see results. Its important to stick at it. You may even start to have fun with the other people at the classes. So I would say, dont worry about strict diets - look more at a exercise class like cycle-fit or circuit-training or body-tone etcGood luck - you can do it!

work the large muscle groups in your body, ie your thighs and hamstrings. that will help you with overall weight loss, and your lower abs. also, drink lots of water. helps you with alleviating hunger, and you won t snack as much. no tricks to weight loss, but you have to be patient. if you lose weight too quickly, you will gain it back, plus some!!

drink lots of water, it ll curve your appetite.

no bread, pasta carrots have high suger

Try a Pilates dvd. Winsor Pilates is a good one! It s definitely a good way to firm the tummy.

When you snack - snack healthier stuff- carrots, celery- etc. Cut off the soda.

How to lose weight or turn in to muscle? -

OK so i know someone who is about 230 pounds age 17 and about 6feet tall he wants to lose the weight and wants to take up kick boxing or MMA but first he wants to lose weight and/or turn in to muscle how can he and whats a good way?he is fat lol but is willing to work hard and is in it for the long runplz help any ideas and tips

This sounds like me 3 years ago. First things first clean up your diet. A lot of whole grains, veggies, nothing with more than 2 or 3 grams of saturated fats. Poly and mono unsaturated fats are okay, and lots of protein and carbs. I would say 50% of your diet is carbs, 30% is protein and 20% is fat. That is called baseline diet. Eat about 2500 calories a day and while doing all this I suggest about 30 minutes of weight lifting and 30 minutes of cardio (this can be power walking, jogging, interval training, elliptical, rowing machine, or stationary bike.) There are lots of cardio option besides those however. Fat and muscle are two different cells, losing fat is simply decreasing the size of your fat cells and increases the size of your muscle cells. You have a set number of fat cells that will never change as well as muscle cells so it won t turn to muscle you just have to work them off. The fastest way to burn fat is to do cardio for 30 minutes a day, and control your diet as I have said. It will takes a while to see results, aim for about 10 - 15 lbs a month. Weight training firms up the areas as the fat melts away so after about six months or so you will see a whole new you when you look in the mirror. I was 6 foot 5 inches, 300 lbs and 25% body fat when I started at 17 years old with the goal to do MMA. I am now 20 years old, 205 lbs and 5% body fat. I am very happy with my results. It is a lifestyle choice you have to adopt. You cannot just diet your way to it. You have to accept what you are doing and adopt it for life. I have been doing MMA for 3 years now and am apart of the Midwest Fight League. It took me about 8 months to go from 300 lbs to 205. The longer your are doing this however the more you have to exercise. I go for about 3 hours a day now and jog for 45 minutes. Just keep moving forward, and don t get unmotivated. The biggest problem that people face when trying to lose weight is they feel it isn t doing any good. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will come out on top. Good Luck!

He needs to eat healthy, take up cycling (not jogging, as his weight would put more stress on his joints) and rowing (both of which can be done at the gym) and drink lots of water, that ll give him results pretty soon. In terms of food, less carbs, less sugar, less fats, less salt, more protein. That means no junk food, less pasta, more lean meats like turkey, chicken breast etc.. lay off the sauce and dip, potato, wholegrain bread and rice are good carbs, but still not too much. Cereal for breakfast (kelloggs special K is great for weight loss) with milk (full cream, he s 17, he needs the calcium.) Some meat, veg, and carbs for lunch, and veg + meat for dinner (best to not eat carbs for dinner). If he does that for a couple of months, along with some weight training (2-3 days a week, make sure he works on his back more than, or as much as his chest/front) then he ll see a big difference. Of course, he has to keep doing that if he wants to get in even better shape. and tell him not to diet, he ll just gain it all back once he starts eating normally again.

Changing up your diet may help:http://stronglifts.com/20-super-foods-yoMake sure that none of the foods you eat have been genetically modified! Otherwise, it could hurt you more than help you.

You can t turn fat into muscle. But you can lose fat and build muscle. So diet and do cardio until you get your weight down, then start working out with weights to build muscle.

you sure its not you?

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Vary your routines. Don t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn t adjust to any one routine. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

How to lose weight without losing muscle? -

After getting gastric problems, and becoming anorexic for 15 days for fear of throwing it all up anyway, i lost 10 pounds of muscle. Now I want to lose weight, and I have no idea how to lose weight without the burning of muscle, does anyone know how. Please be detailed.

weight is very hard to keep low with muscle as muscle weighs more than fat. try to focus on other things rather than weight.

Avoid crash diets. They are bad for health and you will gain what you have lost once you take a break. Crash diets are not a solution to weight loss. It might seem as if you have lost few pounds but the moment you give up on the crash diet every thing will bounce back with a vengeance. Take a look at it in this way. Do you think that it is possible for a person to survive on a crash diet for the rest of his or her life Certainly not! So at some time or the other, you will have to give up the crash diet and then you will see for yourself that a crash diet does more harm than good on the long run. Crash diets may have a lot to promise, but very rarely do these promises ring true. Crash diets are things people go on in order to wear an old dress or suit for a particular occasion. Thats the only purpose that they serve as far as I can see.

Dry wine is better than sweet wine. Sweet wines naturally contain a lot of sugar. But on the other hand, in dry wines most of this sugar has been fermented away so from the weight point of view dry wines are better than sweet wines.52. When you decide its time to start working out, start slowly and dont get discouraged if you dont achieve your fitness goals after the first week. Many people make this mistake. They feel that if they really push their bodies they can lose more weight in a couple of work outs. This is a very serious thing in fact. If you try to push your body too much in the first few goes, you are likely to end up with sprained joints, a sore back and even torn ligaments. The rule to be followed here is slow and steady wins the race.

Try to collect some information about exercise, there are a lot of things that you can do at home. Extensive research has been done on exercise and plenty of this information is easily available. You can try browsing the net or getting a book or two on how to exercise at home. This information will be useful to you to know how much you need to work out on each specific exercise in order to burn off the desired number of calories.

try eating 5-6 small meals a daybreakfast 7-9snack 10-11lunch 12-1snack 2-3supper 5-7snack 8-9drink lots of water! (if u drink ice cold water u lose calories by just drinking it!) this way u will never starve urself, and u will quiken ur matobalism, dont forget to-run/walk-swim-dancetry making this a lifelong diet, if u dont all the weight u lost will come back thus making it a yoyo diet):hope this helped!:)

GET WELL FIRST. EAT. you are malnourished and therefore you cant build muscle. The way to a muscular body: eating normally, but not too many carbs and more protein. And working out like mad! Lifting weights till your crazy sore. Im anorexic. So its not because im a health freak. These are the facts.

Use a non stick frying pan for your cooking so that you do not have to add oil. The golden rule is to try and avoid as much oil as possible and a non stick pan is the perfect solution to this problem.

I got the same problem but there is a program that will really help you called vince-delmonte-fitness and this guy literally change my body. But any ways http://7eb3bobwbwbp5ubcsj1f7bzckl.hop.clickbank.net/ check it out

do the lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr if you need to lose weight

Instead of frying things try baking them without fat. Baking is by far a healthier method of preparing food than frying. Baking requires lesser oil or fat.

i have the same problem...im skinny but squishy i hate it...

How to lose weight as a vegetarian? -

I m a vegetarian who is 17 years old, 5 6.5 and 130 pounds. I m a size 5-7 in juniors. How can I lose some weight or sizes before school starts mid-August? I m already eating around only 1000 calories a day and I m volunteering as a camp counselor with kids, so I have plenty of exercise, but it s not working. Please help? Thanks!

Starving will turn your body into a fat storage machine, you will lose mostly water weight and the lean tissue your body will strip to access nutrition. Your body won t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering your calories, it will continue lowering that set point, til you can survive off nothing and store fat on anything. The body will only release it s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of food available (not just calorically high food, but nutritionally high food)..I would suggest you dramatically increase, well above your needs, food intake with low carb foods. It will take your body awhile to access the fat stores depending how long you ve been in starvation mode, but you shouldn t gain weight, other than water weight and the lean tissue your body has had to strip to access nutrition. If you are young enough and do this, you may be able to repair the damage to your metabolism before it becomes permanent.Metabolism is controlled by nutrition. You can t eat 600/1500/2000 calories of vegetables fruit (pick a number, it doesn t matter - only the amount of fat stored changes), your body will treat it as being starved (which it is, starved of nutrition) and will shut down your metabolism as if you re eating nothing, but will store every possible ounce as fat. Inversely, you wont gain weight on 5000 or more calories of fat protein (if fat is 65% of calories) because insulin (the fat storage hormone) is not activated.High fat, adequate protein and very low carbs will after 3 days convert your body to burning fat as fuel (ketosis). While in ketosis you will burn dietary fat and if dietary fat is more than sufficient, body fat directly. High calories will keep the metabolism at maximum fat burning capabilities.Your body requires fats, you will die without them. Your body requires protein, you will die without them. You will die if you eat protein without fat. You do not require carbohydrates. The body can manufacture all it needs from the protein/fat combination. If you starve yourself by lowering calories lower than are needed for the body to function, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn t get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn t slow your metabolism down to adjust for lower calories.Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.Once you get near your goal, you start adding 5 carbs every 3 days til you gain weight, then you subtract 10 carbs. That would give you your personal carb level (everyone is different and it depends on how active you are.) As long as you remain 9 carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control, and shouldn t gain weight. Many people gain weight on high carb, then switch to low carb to lose weight then are shocked when they return to high carb that they gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar and maintain weight or health.Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a diet Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz Life without Bread Taubes Good calorie, bad calorie are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.
