I need to lose weight fast and i dont care how well yes i do? -

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle to do so leave you feeling disheartened and demotivated, you re also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food allowed can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs. So if you need to lose weight, what should you do?Energy needs and weight lossYour body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: * reduce the amount of calories you eat * increase your levels of activity. This is why experts talk about weight loss in terms of diet and exercise.Introduce changes graduallySmall changes can make a big difference. One extra biscuit a week can lead you to gain 5lb a year C cut that biscuit out of your diet and you ll lose the same amount. You are also more likely to stick to, say, swapping full-fat milk for semi-skimmed or making time for breakfast each morning than a diet that sets rules for all foods. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habits. While weight-loss goals are usually set in term of weeks, the end game is to sustain these changes over months and years.Increase your activity levelsSomeone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will almost certainly lose weight. No matter if you hate gyms - even light exercise such as a short 20 minute walk will be beneficial if done most days of the week.Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.Find something you enjoy that s easy for you to do in terms of location and cost. You are then more likely to build it into your routine and continue to exercise, despite inevitably missing the odd session through holidays, family commitments, etc. * Get out and about at the weekend. Leave your car on the drive and walk to the shops. Try to incorporate longer walks into outings to the park, coast or countryside and take a picnic so you are in control of what you are going to eat that day. * Every extra step you take helps. Always use the stairs instead of the lift, or get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way. * Use commercial breaks between TV-programmes to stand up and do exercise, or consider using an exercise bicycle in the living room while watching your favourite programme.Reduce your calorie intakeWhat is overweight?Doctors use BMI to assess weight.A BMI of 18.5-25 is healthy. If you have a BMI of more than 25 you are overweight.Over 30 is obese.Over 40 is morbidly obese. To calculate your BMI, you ll need to know your weight in kilos and your height in metres, then follow the example below.1. Multiply your height by itself, eg 1.7x1.7= 2.89.2. Divide your weight (eg 80kg) by this figure.3. 80 2.89= 27.7.27.7 is the BMI.If you are overweight, you can t continue with your current eating habits. It s not possible to reduce body fat while eating lots of food, cakes and sweets. This doesn t mean you can never have any treats, but you need to learn how to limit these foods to small quantities - say, for special occasions. In terms of weight-loss, you can get your body to use up existing stores of fat by eating less and making healthier choices. This doesn t mean crash diet (anything less than 1500 calories), which usually ends up with you either getting weaker or giving up in desperation. Quick-fix diets can lead to a yo-yoing effect of drastic weight loss followed by weight gain, resulting in a vicious cycle. There are no shortcuts to losing weight in a healthy and reasonable way.Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week. This is a realistic target. It may seem slow, but would add up to a weight loss of more than three stone in a year.Fat contains the most amount of calories out of all the food types (protein, carbohydrates), so a good way to achieve this is to cut down on fatty foods and eat more wholegrain bread, fruit and vegetables.Below are ways to reduce calorie intake without having to alter your diet signific

Just minimize your portions. Cut foods that are high in sugars or carbs like soda (or limit yourself to 3 diet sodas per day if you must) and bread. Eat a larger breakfast (studies have shown that eating eggs for breakfast decreased peoples appetite throughout the day) but keep your other meals small. Drink a lot of water throughout the day preferably with ice. Your body will burn more calories if you drink cold water. Try to eat foods that contain a lot of water (veggies like lettuce and celery) also eat foods with high fiber. Snack on almonds or something else high in fiber.EXERCISE! Any activity that is out of your usual routine will help. Start off by walking an extra mile or dance around your house.

be balimac or aneraxic

...what?If you lose weight too fast, you re just going to bounce back to your old weight :/

How Can I Lose Weight Fast? -

Allright School being a couple weeks away...Homecoming will probably been in a Month n a half - Two months awayNOw im 17 5 6 and i weigh 210I dont look too big at all ... i juss look like a regular chubby kid ya kno ... but i feel as if i Do need 2 lose weight quick...and i would love to have it off by HomecomingWhat could i do...without any specific diet other than 6 small meals a day... im focusing on the exercise....

The simplest answer about losing weight;Use up more calories than you take in. That s it.You could even eat sweets all day, but if you exercise heavily to counter it, then you would break even.Exercise, focus on cardiovascular and aerobics. Try to avoid weight lifting and such (or at least limit it). A nice 20 minute jog everyday does wonders.

I d suggest drinking tons but i mean tons of water, go running atleast 4 times a week for like 30 mins. Cut down on fast food joints and eat salads and granola bars n yeah thats all i can think of. Good luck man!

Healthy weight loss tips * Take one pound at a time Dont get overwhelmed by how much weight you need to lose. Try to remember that losing 15 pounds in two weeks is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat. Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 3-4 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. * Set Reachable Goals For instance, if you know you need to get more exercise, begin with a manageable goal of, say, walking 10 minutes a day that you know you can achieve. Then build your self-esteem by achieving the small goals you set yourself. The same logic applies for losing weight. * Stay off the scales Dont get discouraged when your progress seems to be slow according to your bathroom scales. They do not provide a true measure of what is going on with the body. If exercise levels are adequate (5-7 days a week), you may be putting on muscle but losing fat, thus losing inches even if you are not losing pounds. It s always a good idea to do several body measurements to have a second objective way to monitor progress. * Stay focused on being healthy, not thin # Many people become more successful at long term weight loss when their motive changes from wanting to be thinner to wanting to be healthier. Change your mindset to think about selecting foods that will help your body s health rather than worrying about foods that will affect your body s weight. The Food Pyramid offers a basic outline of the types and amounts of food you should eat each day to give your body the nutrients it needs for optimal health. * Fat Free? We ve known for some time that limiting high fat foods in the diet can be helpful with weight loss. That s because fats pack in 9 calories per gram compared to only 4 calories per gram from proteins or carbohydrates. To many, the message to limit fats implied an endorsement to eat unlimited amounts of fat-free products. Just to clarify, fat-free foods have calories too. In some cases fat-free foods have as many calories as their fat laden counterparts. If you eat more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight. Eating less fat will help you to lose weight. Eating less fat and replacing it with excessive amounts of fat-free products will not. * Drink plenty of water Drink eight glasses a day. Water is a natural appetite-suppressant. Nettle tea is a great weight-loss tea as it supports metabolism and has diuretic properties. * Reward yourself # Each time you reach a goal, such as losing 5 pounds, reward yourself with a gift or a massage. * Seek help if you need it # A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. Find a friend to lose weight with or you can check to see if groups such as Weight Watchers, or eDiets offer programs and resources in your area by clicking the links. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietician conducts group weight loss programs. * Watch your portions With the advent of supersize meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a plate cleaner even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed. * Eat your food slowly Did you ever notice that thin people take an awfully long time to eat their food? Eating slowly is one method that can help take off pounds. That s because from the time you begin eating it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling feelings of fullness. Fast eaters often eat beyond their true level of fullness before the 20 minute signal has had a chance to set in. The amount of calories consumed before you begin to feel full can vary significantly depending on how quickly you eat. So slow down, take smaller bites and enjoy your food.

there is no magic formula or shortcut to losing weight fast--but here are some things you can do:1) exercise! any form of aerobic exercise is the best (running, swimming, skip-roping etc) because it gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. aim for half an hour of exercise three times a week. lifting some light weights (repetition over heavy weights) can also help you tone. shake it up and do a bunch of different activities, or call your friends out to join you so it wont get too boring. 2) drink water! you re losing water as you sweat, so keep up the fluids. plus, water does wonder for your skin!3) cut (or at least reduce) your sugar intake. take it easy on the coke, chocolate, cookies, all those sweet things that taste good (i know its hard :p). up your fruits/veggies and decrease (but don t cut) your carbs. 4) get sleep! a solid 6-8 hours really makes you feel great.some people experience an initial weight gain when they start exercising (and drinking more water), but thats because your body tends to want to hold on to water supplies until it realizes that you are faithful in replenishing your body with water. then you ll see the weight drop :). so dont be discouraged if you dont see immediate results--you ll see it for sure by homecoming! consider a lifestyle change--making being healthier a goal, and you ll be in good shape in the long run (rather than gaining, and then losing and gaining again in some viscous cycle).good luck, and keep at it! :)

Drink alot of water.

Hi Try this simple plan,it really worked for me so here goes,If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckxGood luck

I dont know I am still trying. let me know when you get the answer.

First of all, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. Next eat only half of whats on your plate, but...........always eat your protein in a 3-1 ratio meaning for every three bites of protein that you eat, you take one bite of something else. And lastly make sure you chew you food excessively to the point of baby food consistency. Not only does that promote slower eating but better digestion. Good Luck!!!

Seek medical advice before attempting any diet. But diet alone won t work. You will need a lifestyle change and exercise.

I would ask your cross country or track coach at your high school if you can work out with the team for weight lose purposes. Im sure he d be happy to let you. Also eat smaller food portions and low carlie food with low trans fat. And Drink water.

stop eating.for a while.it works for me.

EXLAX...itll flush you right out fast!

My doctor once told me I could lose 12 ugly pounds immediately by cutting off my head...Unfortunately that s the only way to lose weight fast. Start now learning proper nutrition and put exercise into everyday - if only for 15 or 20 minutes. The only good way to maintain weight loss is by consistently eating properly and exercising. The weight will come off slowly, but it will stay off as long as you maintain good habits.I wish I had done so at 17; I would not be the fatty I am today.

im not so sure i am wondering that myself..my only suggestion is to continue what u r doing

How do i lose weight fast? -

i am twelve and i weigh 130 i am not fat just a little pudgy that is what my doctor said but i think that i am fat i want to lose weight i always wear sweaters because i hate the way i look i guess hellp

I am twelve, weigh 115, and I hate the way I look. There is no real way to lose weight really fast. Exercising a few miles every day, and creating good diet habits is a good way. You should work hard over the summer to lose a few pounds. Make goals that aren t ridiculous, like I want to lose five pounds this summer.

Cut out soda, sweets, junk (that s including fast food). Try to eat more healthier foods.Try to work out a few times a week. It s fun!

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I m also trying to lose weight fast and I found Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet which is working for me. It uses calorie shifting foods that you can eat normally, increases the number of times you eat. Never heard of it or have any doubt about it? You can check the website at: http://ur.lc/4pq

Is the treadmill good for losing weight fast? -

I am wondering if I should up my work out. And keep going 7 days a week. I get motivated when I work out with my sister. How can I keep working out and lose more weight every week

your body needs a couple days here and there to rest.. or your muscles will not build properly.. you should think about adding more time to your existing workout, or adding doing two a day..running is great cardio, but treadmills are not as good as trails or having roads with things that you have to manoeuvre around, which burns more calories, and gives you more agility..also building muscle will help you lose more fat because your body needs more energy to sustain muscles, so you will automatically burn more calories..

i really do recommend running outside rather than the treadmill because it s just so unrealistic compared to the real road.i personally hate the treadmill(:and you should definitely rest AT LEAST once a week so that you would give your muscles a chance to rest and recover.you should try strength training. it works great if you really wanna get toned(:

I Need to lose weight! Excercise routine? diet? I need something that actually works and fast!? -

I m 15 and am travelling to Melbourne soon but what I d like most in te world is to be able to wear a bikini cofidently while I m there. This is my motivation but I really need to know ow to lose weight fast because I m running out of time, we re talking 2 months to lose as much weight as possible. The areas needed targeting is stomach, thighs and butt. PLEASE help!

Weight Watchers. It s all about pourshins.

First if you already haven t, switch to diet soda. That made me lose at least 10 pounds in the first month because i drank so many! Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite, that s the only one i found that doesn t taste diety. But water would be a better choose. Then i eat lean cuisine meals. Around 3 a day and i give myself set times to eat. Just because i found that i eat out of boredom, not hunger. So you don t really have to that. They aren t that expensive, at my walmart they are 2 for 4$. For snacks i eat those 100 calorie packs, pickles, almonds, dried fruit, cereal bars...i mean the list goes on. There is tons of food/snack food that are low fat/calories you just have to look a little bit harder. Ive just now started walking on the treadmill too, usually about 1 or 2 miles a day. That s all for work outs, haha. I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. So far i tend to lose round 5 LBs a week.

1. Cardio 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day (biking, swimming, running/jogging)2. watch calories. 1,300 calorie diet should be effective but thats depending on how much you weight right now.3. cut soda....drink water or other drinks w/ not as much sugar and cals.4. Be able to tell the difference between hunger and appetite Hunger is when your body is telling you you need to eat.....your stomach usually growls.Appetite is when your not necessarily hungry, more like you are just craving some kind of food. Some people eat when they are bored so you must be able to take your emotions away from your stomach. Sounds dumb but its true lolso just watch watch what you eat and make sure you get a good amount of exercise. good luck :)

Protein can help lose weight fasterProtein is the nutrient necessary for muscle building. Amino acids function to construct new muscle cells to replace the old damaged cells. These amino acids are achieved through the decomposition of food protein. Intestinal protein degradation is a very complicated process which consumes a large amount of energy. In other words, theres energy consumption during digestion of food. Therefore, eating large amounts of protein will make the body consume more energy, thus lose weight faster. The protein in the body will not be converted into fat and sugar. High-protein food includes livestock meat, poultry meat, fish, milk and dairy products.

Its not much of the dieting and crazy workouts. You can basically eat anything you want, you just need to know how much of it. Find out how many colories you eat a day and eat a coupple hundred calories less. For example, if you are eaitng 1,500 calories a day, you should try eating 1,300 a day. Eat as much fruits and vegetables you can. When you go to eat a meal, read the nutrition facts and try to make sure there is less than 300gm/g of anything other than the vitamins per meal or snack you have. As for excercise, cardio is the best for weight loss. Go online or buy a book with cardio workouts. If you want only those parts of your body, look for those specific workouts that target that. You can also dance, it works out your legs and stomach, and your back. as for your butt, you can do squats and lunges. those are magic if you put your time and effort. They also work the lower stomach and legs. :]

There are tons of workout routines posted on www.healthypals.com located here: http://www.healthypals.com/daily-workouts/

I would like to recommend you my diet method that works amazing. I get correct diet method and applied the method, then I lost weight easy. You should have the method that works. You can get the best method diet that worked for me and lost 13 pounds after one month. You can get more info at http://bit.ly/edbgier3

do the atkins diet look it up on google its easy if you love meat. you drop weight fast! really fast! Im having the same problem as you but im not traveling any where ive done the atkins several times it works.

How/should I lose weight? -

I m 15 years old and will be 16 in a few months. I weigh 130lbs and my height is 5 3. Am I over weight? What should I DO and EAT to lose weight faster?

7.Get more fiber. There are many myths about fiber, but there is science to back up its helpful role in the diet. Fiber keeps the right amount of water in your intestines, making your digestive system work more efficiently and helping to keep you regular. Thus, just eating enough fiber may help you feel slimmer in just a day or so. There is also evidence that fiber in the diet can help prevent stroke and heart disease, ease the effects of diabetes, and may even directly help in weight loss.8.Drink plenty of water. Adequate water is essential for health, and a great many people simply don t get enough. What s more, if you re chronically dehydrated, your body will retain water in unflattering places, so if you make sure to get plenty of fluids you can start visibly trimming down in as little as a day. 9.Exercise. Remember, you can lose weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn. Any health strategy should include both, but if you want to lose weight fast, exercise is essential.Perform high-level aerobic activities. Moderate aerobic workouts incorporating jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes not only burn calories -- they also keep your heart healthy. Swimming is also great, especially if you are quite overweight or have joint problems, because you can get the same benefits of running -- typically burning even more calories -- with much less stress on your joints. Try to get at least 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise at least three or four days per week.

How To Lose Weight Fast? -

Well its summer time and I want to lose fast . Any recommendations what diet program I should use , what exercises to take and so on. All suggestions welcome

Running/jogging is usually a popular form of exercise-but if you re really overweight-you might want to start off walking. Also strength training is great for muscle tone. I m not sure if you re an adult if so: You should try nutrisystem for a healthy eatting program if you want to take the guesswork out of what you should eat-otherwise, fruits, veggies, lean protien, plenty of water-stay away from high calories foods and soda-

search for webs or take my adviseexercisedo you want a year but affectivedont eat ricewhen choosing foodsee its nutritioncalories are badbuy low fat milkinstead of full creamdont eat to much in the morningbond with your friends in the gymthink some fun ways to loose weigthjust always be responsible when buying food inthe market

I had my Doctor tell me that a good diet is to eat these-*chicken*water*veggitables*fruitInstead of or less of these-*beef*starch*sugars*soda*juice.Also eat more meals with less in each meal. If you eat every 3-5 hours, your body won t store the fat for later use. It does this because it doesn t know when it s going to eat agian.Of course exercise helps.
