What is it with all the quot;how can i lose weight fastquot; questions? -

I see so many questions on how can i lose weight fast, what is the easiest way to lose weight. This is what I have to say..I personally battled the bulge after my first pregnancy (for about a year) and I have learned through the years that the best way to keep off the weight is by proper EATING HABITS and EXCERCISE. It isnt that difficult if you think about it. Its just that most people cant control what they put in their mouths. Its like if the food CONTROLS THEM, not the other way around. If people would measure their portions and count their calories they wouldnt be asking this constantly. Sorry to sound so harsh but seriously if you want to lose weight then stop drinking SODA, keep snacks to a minimum and if you do snack dont snack on chocolate, chips, candy and pastries those are all NO NOs. Eat sensible healthy snacks. I dont need to list them because everyone knows that they are. Drink WATER and milk (nonfat or 1%), both are crucual for weight loss and weight management.

I agree, soda is a killer. Also, drink lots of cold cold water. That makes you burn more calories because you body is trying to burn calories to make the water to your body temperature. Have about 5 small meals a day. If you get bored by exercising or walking, just dance to your favorite music! If you do that, time will pass by alot quicker.If you like snacks, take half of what you eat. Just eat enough until you are satisfied. You don t have to eat until you are so full that you can t eat anymore besides, it takes an extra 3 minutes until your stomach tells you its full.You will have more energy, higher metabolism. Try taking your daily vitamins to. Especially you women out there, we need that calcium and iron!

Amen, Amen, AMEN!I agree 100 fold!People are getting SO fat, and they think that they will be thin if they take a special pill that is offered exclusively through television *PHH* that s your first mistake, sitting down watching t.v. instead of exercises!I used to be large too, but I did EXACTLY as you mentioned, stop eating so much (which was my biggest problem), and keep exercising every day, and its helped me so much!But every time you turn around, there s fat chubby people that are lazy and try to get the lazy persons way out, by not exercising, and eating what you want (so it tells them on t.v.) IF YOU THINK THAT S GONNA GET YOU A SIZE 4 PANT SIZE... YOU RE NUTS! If you look on the bottom of those t.v. commercials they clearly say results not typical WTF! they practically promise you it will work, and turn around saying that!FATTYS... JUST GET OUT THERE AND RUN UNTIL YOU BARF!

ok, i have 1 month to lose 30 to maybe 40 pounds! i dont want to take pills or suplements. i exersise on the tredmill and do some ab exercises. and i ve tried diets, but they dont work, any ideas! has any one have this problem!!! PLEASEEE HELLPP!!

It isn t safe to lose 30 or 40 pounds in one month. You should only lose about 2-3 pounds a week, so that s 8-12 pounds in one month. Really, the best way to lose weight is to cut back on calories. I m not saying to stop eating, but just choose healthier alternatives. Also, exercise each day for at least 30 minutes. That is a very unrealistic goal. you need a good diet of 5 to 6 small meals a day every 2.5 to 3 hours, meals need to have protein from lean sources like eggs, chicken breast, lean beef and tuna. and eat veggies with every meal. Only have some slow digesting carbs at breakfast and before and after working out. Also keep your calories about 130 below your daily requirements. Do strength training as this adds muscle with in turn burns fat. Do one 18 minute cardio in the morning and another 18 minute cardio later in the day.

Well that sounds like a very motivating goal...I am not sure if this is helpful or not.... but, I ve been using this for a while now, its called Isowhey complete by a company called bioceuticals... They got shakes in different flavors like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, you can replace them with one or two meals a day... i think that should do the trick for ya... Totally did it for me... If you mean coke, in order to loose some weight you have to do more than a little.The amount of coke you would have to do to loose noticeable weight is enough to affect you in other ways.After using coke daily, it wasn t long before I became irritable, and very paranoid. Not to mention coke is extremely addictive, and not worth the money or risk.It is a major heath risk, and a major safety risk. If you get caught with possession of cocaine, I can assure you it will not be worth it for the extra pounds .One more reason I would suggest you not try it, is that coke is expensivvvvve!Just from personal experience, it isn t worth it!There are only 3 drugs I advise my friends not to touch and that s one. I have 2 suggestions that worked for me. I have used weight watchers. I bought my books from ebay and counted points. If you aren t familiar with weight watchers, go to the site and see how it works. You really can eat whatever foods you like but you have to count your points.( if you chose the one where you count points) The good thing about weight watchers is that you get extra points that can be used during the week. So if you go over say you have 20 points a day and you eat 24 you subtract the 4 points from the extra points that you have. It is true dedication and it does work. I lost 35 lbs. I also lost weight by eating healthy choices, smart ones, and lien cuisines. I used this method before I heard of how weight watchers work. I would eat them for lunch and dinner and then I kinda ate what I wanted on the weekend but with moderation and had plenty of water to drink,If you don t like the taste of water, buy those kool-aid brand, crystal lite or anything to make the water taste better. Drink plenty of water.Either one of those will work you have just have to be dedicated. I will be honest I didnt excersise , so if you plan on exercising I am sure you will lose plenty weight. (i noticed when i looked in the mirror one day. almost no flab, i don t have a scale so i couldn t measure :( ) all i did, was eat all three meals (breakfast, lunch , dinner) at the same time i did everyday (e.g. breakfast everyday at 9), and no snacks or junkfood in between meals. that s all i did. i was SHOCKED. i used to be oveweight, but now the doctor said im perfectly average and is in fantastic health. :)p.s. March is in a 7 months, don t worry too much bout it.
