How can i lose weight fast? -

I need to lose weight fast. Im going on vaca soon and i have been steadly losing weight but i lost 10 pounds (average 2 pounds a week) and was happy at the progress. However in the last 2 weeks I have not lost anything. I eat the same and exercise the same as in weeks that i lost. Please help with any ideas. I will not use pills or and crazy diet i want to be healthy as i lose the weight.Thanks

That is a very unrealistic goal. you need a good diet of 5 to 6 small meals a day every 2.5 to 3 hours, meals need to have protein from lean sources like eggs, chicken breast, lean beef and tuna. and eat veggies with every meal. Only have some slow digesting carbs at breakfast and before and after working out. Also keep your calories about 130 below your daily requirements. Do strength training as this adds muscle with in turn burns fat. Do one 18 minute cardio in the morning and another 18 minute cardio later in the day.

I really need to lose weight fast to feel motivated... for the last months i ve been eating heatly, i have a really well balanced diet and working out, i used to jog/walk for 1/2 hr and circuit training for another 1/2... and i didnt see any result, i did that for almost three months and i dont feel motivated. I wanna know how to lose weight fast and then i m gonna be able to be healty... im not that fat really, im 5 7 and weight like 125 lbs, but i look fat, trust me... i just wanna lose like 10 lbs and i ll be happy.. please tell me one trick that works!! im desperate...

Girl, that s thin for your height. I think you ve got a distorted body image. Maybe you don t need to lose weight, you just need to tone your muscles, try doing weight lifting and cardio exercises intermittently.

Just get a friend to lose weight with you. You may not lose weight faster but, you will be motivated and you can motivate each other.

you need to create a calories defict. basically one pounds equals 3500 calories. u can work out as much as u like, but if u dont eat right then nothing changes. basically just burn 1500 calories more than u consume. so stick to a 1400 calories diet and burn 1500 calories. doing this will help u lose 2 pounds per week
