Has anyone bought the e-manual from R.E.W.L. weight loss program and was it any good? Thanks? -

I was looking at this program on line, cost $24.49. Supposely you can trick your body to burn fat???? I know a lot of you will say just eat less and exercise. If it were that simple, many Americans would not have a weight problem. I am having a terrible time trying to find self discipline and motivation! I need Help!!!!!!!!! Prayers, whatever that can help me to change, I feel so bad about myself.

Actually it IS that simple, however, many Americans either:- Give up too fast.- Too lazy to exercise.- Do not wish to eat less.- Procrastinate.I don t think there is a way to trick your body into losing weight except anaerobic exercises (don t just run or do crunches, lift weights and do high reps) and eating less. Some foods like nuts will release a chemical to your brain telling you are full (even though you may have a little bit of space left) to make you stop eating too much.

there is no better thing i could advice than this, my girlfriend lost three stne with it and you dont need even feel your exercising, but exercise is the key regular and healty eating.

don t do it. I tried working for them right out of college and their program was designed to make money. That s all. You will have to pay up front for the program and are strongly encouraged to buy their supplements and meal bars. Their meal plans are not original, they just take from each of the diets that are already pr oven and combine them. You get nothing from LA, don t waste your money. You are better off going with nutri-system, you at least get food for the money you are paying. if you need support, join Weight watchers. They are far cheaper and not selling to you every time you walk in the door.

Everything works, honey, but it stops working when you quit doing it, and that is when you put back on the pounds and then some. LA weight loss is very expensive, but if you want to keep the pounds off, remember it will be a lifetime commitment

What is the basic ideal weight loss program that is not hazardous to the health? -

Start slowly,eat three meals a day,two healthy snacks like fruit or nuts,reduce sugar intake and eliminate alcohol. These are the basic guide to lose weight. Taking up fat burning supplements (Thermonex, Cortidrene, Hot Rox, Slimquick, etc) can also be helpful and safe as long as it is ephedrine free and made of natural ingredients.

I m not being sarcastic when I say this: eat less, exercise more. That s basically it. Watch your portion sizes. Eat treats in moderation. Try to stay away from liquid calories. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week (5 days a week is better). DIETS don t work because no one sticks with them for the rest of their life. Make small changes you can live with and make sure to excercise. Good luck.

Exercise on a regular basis and the caveman diet. It s basically eating raw foods; fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. You get the most nutrients out of foods that are not cooked. Granted, you need to cook your meat, but lean meat is best (chicken, fish) but occasionally red meat or a supplement, as you need iron and what not. Also take a good multivitamin once a day. It s not complicated to eat healthy and become healthy, people just complicate it with gimicky weight loss programs to earn money and fame.
