Eating only protein, healthy fats, and greens? -

I ve heard a lot about celebrities and fitness personalities only eating lean protein(chicken, fish, eggs) healthy fat(avocado, olive oil) and green vegetables(spinach, lettuce) to drop weight quickly, and jumpstart a weight loss program. Why is this so effective and has anyone had experience with it?Thanks.

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL.
