How to lose wieght in a healthy way? -

i m prone to gain wieght easily .3 months before i consulted a doctor for weight loss program he gave me weight loss pills ,with some calcium vitamins and diet supplementry pills i started taking fruits milk and cut down sweets chocolates and colas ,in two months i lost 6 kgs n remained healthy but in the third months i felt very weak , i cant even do the work at home properly , i started sweating from which i suffered potassium n sodium deficiency now i ve lost almost 8 kgs but i m feeling pain in my bones and unable to do laborious works , i cant even do exercise n workout and i m still obese .please give me tips to get rid of this problem i m depressed with my health and lost the stamina to go ahead i still ve to lose 20 kgs .

i did it by cutting back on the junk i ate alot but still having the odd snack or munchie lol and if i was sweeping or moping id do a pole dance or if i had to go from the kitchen to bedroom id do it on my butt , before i had my shower id count to 200 while jogging on the spot n i had a skipping rope it took me 1 year to go from 85 kgs down to 55kgs n that was 10 years ago

start to take little walks like 10 min walk more or less doesnt matter start to take more than one a day after like a month and take a little longer stay gaining in walking time after 2 or 3 a day walks. try to eat a little veggies and fruits and cut of a little food a day like 1 ounce dont go to low though. try not to slouch and get up every 15 min to walk likt to i place in the house and bak it works if thats to much start out lower. but still get 2 servings of meet 4 servings of dairy 8 cups a water a day dont ferget to eat at least one fruit and veggie a meal accept breakfest only fruits 1 to 2 doesnt matter. it works trust me
