Fast but Healthy Weight Loss? -

I m a very athletic 16 years old, i m 5 foot 4 1/2 and i weigh 138 but i m looking to lose 10-20 pounds in about a month...is this realistic, or possible rather? What do i need to do besides drinking a ton of water and staying active to achieve this goal? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!I was also wondering about milk, does it help with weight loss as much as people say it does?

A healthy option for you might be the cabbage soup diet with added protein. You can lose up to ten pounds within a week and with the added protein you make sure to melt your fat instead of muscle mass.Be sure to choose the newer plan with allowed protein shakes to maintain your athletic body - and keep your fitness exercises.

If you really serious to reduce your weight, I suggest you to use the No 1 and best product in the world it is called Usana. These product can reduce your weight in a week without side effect. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

try Michael Thurmonds 6 Week Body Makeover. Its great! I lost 7 lbs in the first week.

10-20 pounds is way too much to lose healthily in a month, and to be honest, too much for a healthy active 16 year old girl in general. A safe rate of fat loss is 1-2 lbs a week. Your weight seems pretty appropriate. If you want to lose a few pounds, I would suggest doing a few HEALTHY simple things like avoiding processed foods and focusing on filling up on fruits and veggies. My basic rules for healthy eating are no white flour, white sugar, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and fried foods. As far as milk goes, it is really great for you but it doesn t appear to help with fat loss as much as it was once thought. Good luck and love the skin you re in!New note: Please avoid Ahmad s answer. Taking something is always a bad idea, and almost never produces results

It s realistic, and you need a healthy diet and a strict workout. I suggest trying to go up and over expectations and try a boot camp like workout. I dont know about milk im lactose in tolerant
