What are some exercises I can do at home to promote healthy weight loss? -

Person with the most exercises that sound reasonable wins the ten points!

I love working out at home instead of the gym. Costs alot less and not all those germy exercise machines. Also, no embarrassment, haha!Somethings you cound do are:- Jump rope - this is the best workout ever! I do it everyday for at least 15 minutes and it keeps me really fit! You have to build up to it though. Start with 2 minutes and so on and so on, and soon you ll e able to go 30 min. + straight.- Squats-Jumping jacks-Burpees - these are really good and challenging. If you don t know what they are, look it up because it s a bit hard to explain.- Runnig/jogging around the block-Running up and down stairs- Just dancing to music- Put an obstacle on the floor and practice jumping over it as many times as you can with your feet together.- Sit ups, crunches, push ups, doing high kicksI mean you just have to be creative, there are so many ways you can utilize your body and the things around you to become fit. if you are a guy, sit ups, crunches, back exercises, push upsif you are a girl: then sit ups and crunches, because most of the fat build up is around your stomach.....when ever you gain weight, your waist circumference is the first to grow..... I did 100 sit ups, 100 crunches, 100 push ups, and 100 dumbell exerciese, lost 2 pound over the last 2 month.... I weighed 140 now i weigh 137

-run up and down the stairs until you cant take it no more-from sitting position,get up and sit down up and sit down over and over agian- do bench presses by holding on to something like a bed or table-raise ur leg about 30 times left and right.- twist ur waist- squats-lunges-Take a slightly larger than normal step forward. Keeping your front knee over your foot drop down so the back knee is one inch from the floor. (do not let the front knee go past the toes as can cause pain) Push off your front leg to return to the start
