How does someone gain weight? -

Ive been trying to gian weight since I was 11 and I m almost 13. I m tired of seeing all these weight loss programs and not one weight gain program! There are still skinny people in America. I ve done all that dont excersize just sit down and eat a lot but its not working! I m only 95 lbs and I gain weight regularly (like 10 lbs a year) just like anyone else but that isnt from trying to gain weight, that s just natural. I wanna be able to gain weight! I had too much of this and I m tired of everybody making fun of me. I m nice! I never call someone fat unless I don t like that person! I m tired of people acting like they can just push me around just cause I have no body fat. It s annoying. No matter how hard I try. I could say I have fast metabolism but I m not really sure cause I never go to the doctor. As a matter of fact, I dont even know if thats where you find out your metabolism speed. My parents suck.=( I m kinda getting off topic but I just wanna know a good way to gain weight

I m worse. LOL.I guess the best way is to have a balance yet healthy diet :) This way, you know you re eating well.Being skinny is good, at least you re still growing. ^^ Just exercise regularly to build a little muscle? :) Report Abuse

Use the UCLA website its a .edu so you know it s trustable... dont know about the other sites and i have same problem...im trying UCLA s way. Ganing weight is almost as hard as losing it... Report Abuse

I have the same problem!I am 11 years old, 7th grade and I am a size 2 and a half in shoes. My best firend is a 10! I have small feet, because I am skinny.All you got to do is eat a little more carbs per day. Report Abuse

You are a teen. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teens have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast.
