What is the largest amount of weight you are recommended to lose in a two-week period? -

I m aiming to lose weight, but my weight tends to fluctuate. Anyway, I want to lose weight, but at a healthy pace. I mean, is 5 pounds a week good or should I move the focus area? I need a healthy weight loss pace, not just the most. Thanks:)

2-3 lbs a week is a healthy weight to lose anything more than that won t be permanent. Some people lose more in the very beginning, but eventually 2-3 lbs is what you ll average if you re doing it right.
