HEalthy weight loss, vegetarian on a budget? -

I am a 24 y.o. female. I have a 4 yr old son. I am trying to find a diet suitable for BOTH of us (with some differences for my son) so I can lose some weight, but stay healthy. I don t want my son to lose any weight, but I feel I need to (about 20 lbs). We are trying to eat vegetarian, and cut out as much meat as possible. AND we have to do it on a budget. We eat a lot of yogurt, granola, tofu, veggie burgers... we already eat healthy, but we do eat a lot of convenience foods, which I want to cut from our diet. So, basically I need help finding a healthy, vegetarian, low budget easy diet. I also do not have a stove, just a hot plate, BBQ, and toaster oven... so this limits me even more. We do a lot of walking, bike riding, and stuff like that. I m aiming for 1600 calories daily for myself, then cutting it down to about 1400... but my son doesn t need to lost any weight. So, if you could point me towards some good resources, I d appreciate it! I am in CANADA, if it matters!

Pharmaceuticals want long term customers so they produce products which you will need to use on the longterm as they only cure the symptons and not the real cause of your sickness which in many cases is food/bowels related. Your body can repair itself but only if you take the right organic foodsand especially raw food products that contain a lot of amino acids,enzymes, minerals and anti-oxydants. Any time you bake, cook,fry food you loose healing power and your body will give up. Ifyou eat the same products (bread, dairy, fastfood) over and overyour immune system will become exhausted as it needs green vegetables, organic foods, olive oil, algae/seaweed products. I myself believe in the principle of karma. This also relates to animals and nature. If you abuse our nature and the animals (pollution, polluted food, stressful surroundings, use of growth hormones, pesticides) we will get it returned on our plate. We manipulate grains, want animals to grow too fast and refine good food so little good food remains for our body. This negative energy returns as a boomerang to us and the new generations will pay the price for this abuse of nature.
