Dieting for a teenager. Workout plans and healthy meal plan. Please? -

I am 14 adn looking to lose a little weight before school. I am not obese I m just looking for those abs and visible reduction of cellulite. I m also having a pool party and I want to look good in a bikini. Any good tips for healthy weight loss. Give real life advice and sources would be helpful. Thanks. if you want to eat bread or carbs, eat pita or sahara bread, its lower cal. lean meat like turkey and chicken, not beef. skip for a mile, that ll help your legs, do crunches for good abs!
