How many pounds is healthy to lose? -

I know that the healthy weight loss amount for one week is 1 - 2 lbs. If you go from barely exercising and not eating well, to changing your eating and exercise habits, itsn t it true that in the beginning you usually drop more than that in a week for the first 2 or 3 weeks because your body is used to a higher caloric intake?

as many as you think you are over by. Your body is used to the calorie intake so if you deprive your body from this energy i doubt you will be able to train or work out as you want. You should try talking to a dietitian to start on a steady metabolism diet, after that stay on the gym and stay on the goods (food).

Don t listen to advice about acai....If your diet is really bad you want to generally phase things out or you won t stick to the diet. Try to eat natural foods, meaning could you find them in nature? Lots of veggies, lean protein, and some fruit. Exercise is different by individual don t jump in too hard or you ll get injured because your body isn t used to start slowly and build up.

If you are very serious about losing weight you should have this program. It worked for me and it is the only weight loss program that lost me 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It works very well and using correct info will lose your weight fast . You can find more info from http://bit.ly/iebvd

yeah for like the first two weeks, and if you are overweight you could probably lose 5lbs in the first weeks easily, however if your just trying to shift that last 10 -20lbs then you wont lose more than 3 lbs the first 2 weeks

1-2 pounds a week
