Is this a healthy weight loss plan? -

Exercise-30 minute bike ride in the morning30 minute run at nightBreakfast: 1/2 cup of rolled oats soaked in small bowl of yohgurt topped with a handful of blueberrysSnack: 5 crackersLunch:turkey salad with olive oil dressing2 slices of wholemeal bread1 glass of skim milkSnack:AppleDinner:Chicken stir fry-1/3 cup cooked rice1 teaspoon olive oilhandful of chicken+ stir fry vegtables

You did a great job on these diet meal. From what you mentioned you did quite well balance in your cholesterol and nutrition intake. I suggest you change your morning snack from crackers into green tea or fruits. It will be more effective. And you might consider to increase your night run to 45 minutes for better results.

I can only say excellent. Its that much interesting. I ll also try out this.
