What do i need to LOSE 25LBS in 1 MONTH ??????? -

Let me start off by saying i know what is healthy and all that im sure i will still get people that would like to reinform me that a healthy weight loss is no more than 2lbs a week so answer how you want to answer but im more interested in hearing from from that have actully been able to do this or know how i can acheive it a little background im 24years old and weigh 200lbs 5 5 have all the time in the world to exercise would like feedback on how to do this i dont have any eqipment but ready to work hard and do what it takes to be 25lbs lighter in one month i know my body and what it can do ive lost 15lbs in a month before i can do this just looking for some postiive answers so that i can make this happen o did i mention know a healthy weight loss is 2lbs a week please dont tell me that im not trying to be roud i just alreadyknow that if thats all you can answer with dont bother cause i already know not trying i dont care about doing it the correct way want to do it the fast way ??

history can repeat, do what you did when you lost 15 in a month but times that effort by 1.6 and you should have it. Try morning cardio before eating anything, shoot for 50 mins to an hr. Doesnt have to be hard core, you should be able to carry on a conversation while exercising. All-natural foods, i love plain dry whole rolled oatmeal with a glass of water for breakfast along with some vegs or a piece of fruit. Healthy eating and a.m cardio, thats all i can say without writing a thesis. Good Luck

Well, 25 pounds in one month is pretty dang ambitious, thats .83 pounds a day and if you manage to do it, you could probably sell your secret and make millions of dollars. I think the best way would probably be limit your caloric intake drastically, and work out about an hour a day, running or jogging or biking. Muscle helps you lose fat by increasing your metabolism, whereas cutting calories reduces your metabolism so it s probably better to do more exercise. Drink lots of water because in my experience it helps lose weight (though there is a possibility of temporary weight gain from water retention). And I m sure you know this, but you probably WILL gain the weight back when you stop the crash diet, but I bet if you just ease yourself off you can keep most of the weight off. It ll be a lot of work for you, but you re old enough to make your own diet decision I suppose, so good luck.
