Whats a good meal plan for a 16 yr old girl? :) -

I m 16 years old, 5 2 and 105 pounds. I m not looking to lose weight considering i m comfortable with my looks. I just want to tone up and feel healthier because I admit I have a bad junk food addiction. What are some great alternatives that I can add to my meals each day to help me stay healthy, and that can lead to healthy weight loss (if that makes sense)? Thanks!

Try what I do, Breakfast: Cheerios-Nectarine. Lunch: sandwich. Dinner: small portion of rice and chicken. For snacking in between meals or at odd hours: banana, apple, strawberries, Ritz crackers, bread, or low-fat yogurt. I try to eat healthy whenever I can, and refuse food if it s offered to me when i m already full. Also I no longer eat at fast-food restaurants. P.S. i m a guy, but there s no reason this diet shouldn t work for a girl. Give it a try if you d like. I got hungry just thinking and conjuring up these food choices. Too bad it s 12:28 am. lol
