Whats necessary in order to have healthy weight loss? -

This is for a school assignment. I d really appreciate the help.

Eating healthy foods (i.e. organics, a LOT of fruits and veggies, minimal dark meat, ect.) also moderate exercizing. Not too much, but a little bit of exercize is great. Running a mile everyday would be a good example.

Exercise 30 minutes a day. Eat less carbs then the ones that you burn. Cut out junky, heavy foods. Eat 4-5 light meals, basically snacks, a day, instead of a couple of heavy meals, because your metabolism can work quicker on light food.

ModerationCut back on what they eat.Diet works best with exersise..not alone.Staying away from sodas and things high in fat and sugars are good too..but if the person doesn t want to give those foods up..just eat a smaller portion than what is usually eaten.Hope that helped you with your project and good luck!

you need to eat the right foods....people think that if you dont eat anything at all, you loose wieght, that doesnt work...and you have to excercise right

healthy diet and exercise

Sara f 9 basically gave you the best answer. Eat enought so that your body continues to burn calories. If you don t, your metabolism will slow down. Couple this with good exercise 30 minutes a day 3x a week.

healthy additude!!!!!!!!

MAKE SURE OFF THE BACK YOUR LOSING WEIGHT FOR THE RIGHT REASON, NOT JUST TO LOOK SKINNER. THERE IS A AVERAGE WEIGHT LOST PENDING ON HEIGHT,SEX,AGE. ALSO IT NEVER HURTS TO HAVE A PHYSICIANS HELP IN KEEPING TRACK OF THE THINGS YOU CANT SEE LIKE YOUR IRON,B12 AND SO ON. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT NEED VITAMINS.

No pills nothing off of tv and lots of excercise. Not right after meal though.
