Do you know any weight loss tips? -

I m a fifteen year old girl who is overweight. I have tried dieting, counting carbs, exercising, and I only got small results. Are there any tips or tricks there are to lose weight?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I know I ll get several thumbs down on saying this but I ll go for it anyways cos I m speaking from experience. I m still on my 40 days juice fasting and in 20 days I ve already lost 11-12 pounds. Juice fasting is actually meant for detoxifying, cleansing the insides of your body. Anyways, everyday I intook fruit mix drinks sometimes with veggies. Drank 3 litres of water and 2-3 cups of green tea along with prescribed diet pills. I also add 1/8 of cayenne pepper in my drinks. All these factors help with metabolism. This only works if you re strict with it. So people say that after fasting, you ll gain them all back. Not true in some cases. You just have to gradually increase your food intake after the fast and workout as well. Just don t gotta eat all you can after the fast, cos for sure you will gain them all back this way. Here s a web site that helped me with my fast... http://www.fasting.ws/juice-fasting/fast

Experts recommend that you accumulate one hour of physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve our health. Obviously this is also good if you are trying to lose weight and keeping it off.The rule is the more intensive the activity is, the shorter the duration of exercise. As you progress into activity with moderate intensity, you can cut down to 30 minutes a day for four days per week. There are 3 types of exercise that your body needs to keep healthy - cardiovascular, flexibility and strength. Cardiovascular activities are those ranging from moderate to vigorous exercises.

Tip 1: Find out how many calories you need BMR [kcal]Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)Since you wish to lose weight, your target = BMR - 500 kcalFor instance, you weigh 140 lb and you perform 20 mins of moderate activity every day. BMR of this example = (140 x 15) + (20 x 3.5) = 2100 + 70 = 2170 kcal. BMR minus 500kcal; it would be 2170 - 500 = 1670 kcal. Therefore 1670 kcal is the target in this example to losing 1 lb per week.Tip 2: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per dayFruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.Tip 3: Watch for Portion SizeOne serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time. You can simply ask to take home the leftover.Tip 4: Do not Skip MealsEating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.Tip 5: Go for wholesome fresh foodsIf possible, purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content. Many people we spoke to are amazed that they can easily lose weight by packing a home-cooked lunch to work instead of eating out.Tip 6: Don t be overly-restrictiveEveryone has his or her favorite treats. Simply allow yourself a little indulgence, but watch out for the frequency and the quantity. Having a small treat once in a while can be rewarding to your weight loss experience. Cutting too much of your favorite treats usually lead to an early relapse.Tip 7: Understand Food Claims and LabelsA product labelled with a fat-free claim does not mean that it is low in calories. Similarly a product labelled as low-sugar or low-carb does not mean it is low in fat or calories. Always read the nutrition label on the packaging.Tip 8: Watch for the sugary drinksJuices, pop, cream sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.Tip 9: Keep a food journalKeeping a food journal helps you pin point your eating pattern and will enable you to easily modify it. If possible, have your Registered Dietitian review your journal.Tip 10: Exercise, periodMost authorities recommend 30 - 60 minutes of physical activity a day to stay healthy. Also try adding weight-bearing exercises at least 2 times a week. This will help burn some of the unwanted calories.Recommendation :-- Purify and Detoxify your body -- Boost metabolism Energy -- Cleanse colon -- Lose weigt Quicly and naturallyGet Free trial for 7 days ... http://mysexywomen.info/greentea/

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Don t diet, simply eat less. Eat less and move more. Don t know what small results are, but depending on how overweight you are, it might take you more than a year to slim down. Biological processes are slow. Don t eat enriched flour or white sugar. That stuff will kill you.

If you really want to lose weight, you just need to know the right tricks. Here s an article that can help almost anyone get thinner. I hope you see results soon!
