Any quick weight loss tips? How to get great body like model in TV? -

I saw a lot of commercials in tv. But i wonder which one is working the best? I want to have body like the model in TV.

Most people do not have the genetic predisposition to look like tv models...do not be fooled by unrealistic body image. This is how eating disorders begin.Basic rule of thumb...eats less move more.BUT moderation is essential...fad diets destroy metabolism and ultimately make you FAT.
