What can i Expect When losing Alot of Weight? -

So i weigh approximetaly 340 ibs and am 5ft 11 inches ; but i am what you would call WELL , meaning that i can easily carryout daily tasks without fatigue; i am pretty Able for my size. and fast :)so i am now planning to undergo a lifestyle change centered around a healthy weight loss goal; my goal is around 180-195.i have no doubt i can get there, and i have a solid plan of action, so i was wondering what Physical and Psyciological changes i can expect during this weight losing; i.e. More confidence i wasn t aware i lacked?, will i grow a bit taller?, Will my Arms grow longer?, Facial features? skin tone?, etc................................I am wondering because i would have a big change of diet to extremely nutritios foods, and it is in my genes to get even taller and stuf.you may list them like positive symyoms :)Thanx.

You may expect to be more active than before, your clothes will be changed you can go to beach without shame or shyness, you will look taller; because of the changed active ratio, the layers of fat will go away and muscle will replace them, danger of heart attackes will be reduced, any elevated cholestrol levels will be corrected.

i know you ll find a whole new you, image, clothing, new wardrobe-plus confidence, just dont turn into a jerk.

gall stones.

as hard as it is to imagine, you ll feel better. A lot better. All the time. You won t be very hungry, and you ll be full after a small meal. You won t want to drink extremely sugary drinks, or eat really fatty foods. Being that big you might have some extra skin left over though. Good luck with this. I wouldn t call anyone who s 340 lbs well.
