Easy Weight Loss Tips? -

I m not looking for a menu of healthy foods, or advice to go to gyms.I am looking for little things I could do while watching TV, eating, or on the computer. Things like instead of sitting I could stand or walk in place, something like that. Peace 3

get a yoga mat and a balance ball! Work on flexability, core strength etc.. also if you just sit on a balance ball and try to balance..that works your core. It may not seem like a lot, but it s better than just sitting on the couch!

i would run 15 mins a day
