I really need some weight loss advice? -

I am 13, 5 4 and 190 pounds.I really would appreciate some weight loss tips.

Here are a few tips;WHEN to eat for losing weight... ? Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) ? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.? Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 ? Don t starve Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet. ? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.WHAT to drink for losing weight... ? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! This improves your bowel, reduces the hunger sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! Don t believe the slogan water makes me fat . Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. ? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized! Don t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now... I don t even LIKE them anymore! Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health... ? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.exercise for losing weight... ? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. ? Don t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts... I guarantee THIS won t work for your weight loss... ? Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.Good luck!

Make sure they are raw!dont eat fast food, drink good water (not tap water)dont eat like the people around you. Avoid the snacks and high sugar garbage foods. This is americas corporations looking to increase profit yields. They do NOT have your health in mind.Make sure your fruits and vegetables are well washedtry replacing breakfast with a smoothie. Here are some points one should consider when trying to lose weight:Beware of the Crash DietsMost people think that trimming down the calories can alone shed off their unwanted excess. Probably this is because of the fad there is in advertising about low-calorie food products and beverages. What people don t know is that this could be dangerous because when they decrease their calorie intake way to below the required levels, the body begins to digest the fats. Sounds good but it doesn t actually. Burning fat requires a lot of energy. Since there is not much energy in the body to facilitate metabolism of fat, it will run at a very slow pace resulting to fatigue, illness and weak immune system.Low-calorie diet is also compensated for by the body by burning muscle. People on this type of diet who revert back to their old eating habits end up gaining back some, if not all the weight they have shed off. This would consist mainly of fats. And since fats have more volume per mass than muscle, they end up having the same weight as before but more bulkier. In losing weight, one should keep in mind that they should lose excess body fats only.Full article is here : http://www.fast-diets.co.cc/

try working out in the morning do a little bit of everything run sit-up push up and stretch out really good before to start you workout so your body will be lean and also try eating better dont put alot of salt and butter in your food....i aslo have weight problems and i do things so the i wont think so much about food like going bike riding and walk or just hanging out with friends at the mall...and most importantly dont give up it wont happen over night

You ll have to stop eating junk food. Mix your food like meat or chiken with vegetables and just a little bit of rice or bread or potatoes. Avoid everything that s fried and all the sodas. Drink water instead. And you have to exercise if you can just 30min everyday or 1 hour every 2 days. You ll get in shape that way. It might take some time, but it s the best way if you want to keep being fit and also for your health. Take care.

I know a websight that can answer just about any question you have. Go herewww.sparkpeople.comIt is free and it gives you a great weight loss plan. It will also tell you how much you should be eating to lose weight. I love this site. I lost 84 lbs since january and a lot of it was because of that site.

well i have tried EVERYTHING..slimfast, over the counter diet pills, counting calories..what worked for me was going to the dr and getting a pill called adipex and walking 2 miles a day. the pill is very affordable. about $20 for a month s supply. i lost 25 pounds in 2 months. good luck!

Ramon is right, but also make sure to add some kind of exercise like a sport. their fun and a great way to get in shape. Plus, if you do get the urge to eat something delicious and full of calories, make sure you go run it off or something. good luck

Have a look at the weight loss review site for three of the best dieting plans available on the nethttp://www.onlinebestinformation.com/wei

Cardio Exercises will definately help you. Do exercise but dont increase your diet. All the best.

eatless than 1,000 calories or 1,500 a dayand drink alot of water 6-10 cups a day.

eat healthy and drink water!excercise daily.like running or crunches, lunges.

DO NOT starve yourself by going on a crash diet. It doesn t work, believe me! Sure, you lose weight, but not the weight you want. Your body eats at muscle mass and bone first. Your heart is a muscle, so by doing this, you can cause extreme damage. You also lose hair and your ability to have kids in the future. Then once you do actually eat something, it turns directly to FAT because your body is trying desperately to store excess calories food for energy because it thinks that its starving - And you end up gaining everything you lost, and then some!Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. Like most people (I m guilty sometimes!), you ve probably brainwashed yourself into thinking that fast food tastes better than healthy food, but that s not entirely true! Try eating MorningStar Garden Burgers, grapes, clemintines, apples chunks in vanilla yogurt (good for sweet cravings!), blueberries, hummus (it sounds gross but it s really not, you can make low-calorie wraps with whole-grain wraps), granola, low-fat yogurt, low-fat string cheese, light brand whole wheat bread, 100 - calorie popcorn / kettle corn bags, steamed broccoli with a buttery garlic sauce, microwavable veggies etc. I also snack on South Beach Diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, sugar-free puddings, sugar-free popsicles for chocolate cravings. Check out www.hungry-girl.com for awesome recipes! And eat SLOWLY. Take one bite at a time, chew completely, then take another bite. If you eat slower, you ll become fuller quicker, and you won t overeat. Drink a glass of water before each meal - You ll feel fuller faster and won t overindulge. Try to spread your meals out so that you re eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day - It keeps your metabolism up to speed. Try bringing a sandwich or a bag or fruits with you to eat at work or in your locker between classes.Incorporate more exercise into your daily life. Take the dog for a 20 minute walk, do jumping jacks while watching TV, do laps around the block, or the house for that matter. Don t let yourself sit down for too long. If you can, get a gym membership. I use an elliptical for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week and it works great for me.And don t eat out of boredom! It s a nasty habit to break, TRUST ME. Whenever you feel like eating, watch a movie with no commercial breaks so you don t have time to get up, call a friend, read a book or magazine, or get out of the house, away from the food. And don t DIET . Because the moment you go off your diet , you ll regain the all the weight you lost quickly, believe me. Instead, make healthy living choices. I recently lost weight, about 20 lbs, and what really helped for me was planning my meals. I planned when and what I was going to eat, and made sure the calorie count was 1400. For your height and weight, I d recommend around 1600 calories a day. But never go under 1200! Whatever you do, don t let yourself stray from your plan. Write it all down or type it out and leave it up on your computer so you don t forget, that s what I do.You ll never get to your ideal body by eating crap food and sitting around, no matter how much you want it to happen. It takes dedication to get the body you want! Make it like a game. How much weight can I lose? Prove it to yourself you DO have the willpower to get what you want. But allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Life is too short! If you restrict your body of all the good foods , you will one day EXPLODE and eat everything in sight. Trust me!One more thing: Once you do become thinner, DON T think you can eat whatever you want now! You ll regain all the weight back, which is absolutely mortifying, especially after all the hard work to lose it.Good luck! Hope that helps (:OH, and sitting up straight burns more calories than slouching. Try it! Any more questions, email me (:
