I congratulate you for the baby I am hoping it is a girl cos I like girls alot..well I think I can help you loss weight ,I have written so many articles on weight loss programs that works and I think they will help you..below is one of such articles A lot of us are trying to lose weight, and we want to do it fast! However, a lot of us do not have the time to go to the gym or walk for an hour every day. Here are a few tips that will help you lose weight:1. Count your calories! Make sure you always count how many calories you eat. It s a good idea to have knowledge on how many calories different food items contain. Make sure you read the label on the product you are about to eat.2. Burn those extra calories at the end of the week! If by the end of the week you realize that you have eaten more calories than you should have, then take the time to burn those calories.3. Stay away from fried foods! Fried foods are about the worst thing you can eat if you are trying to lose weight. Fried food contains a lot of fat, so stay away from it, it will only add weight.4. Don t ever skip a meal! When you re trying to lose weight, the worst thing you can do is skip a meal! You should be eating six times a day, that way, you will increase your metabolism, thus, lose weight.5. Eat fresh vegetables! Fresh vegetables contain a lot more nutrients and vitamins than boiled vegetables. Always try to eat your vegetables fresh, because when you cook them, you take away nearly half of all the vitamins and nutrients. Canned vegetables are also processed, thus, they contain less vitamins and nutrients. When you buy your fresh vegetables, always make sure they are pesticide free.6. Make chocolates a luxury item! It s important that you keep chocolate only as a luxury item, and don t eat them solely on routine. Chocolate is not very healthy, because of all the sugar and fat they contain, so don t over indulge in them.7. Say no to alcohol! If you can stay away from alcohol, do it! As we all know beer will give you that special beer belly , and I don t think you want that. Also, when you get drunk it s much harder to control what you eat.Make sure you live by these tips, that way, you will stay healthier and lose weight, without making it a long process, that takes up most of your day.Good luck!you can check out the link at http://yourhealthdoctor.blogspot.com/200 and you can aslo read more of such weight loss articles on the blog

Think about how great your body/muscles will look once you re in shape. That s what keeps me motivated

Hello there, First off, congratulations on the new addition. I am sure you are very happy that both he/she and the husband have graced your life. First off I want to say that I am not a professional dietician, and that every person s metabolism is different, so any diet or change in diet should be consulted with thru a doctor. However, that said, I have recently lost approximately 80 pounds in the last 2 years through just working out and healthy eating. Granted I do not have a kid, but here are some tips I would recommend.1.) Remember that portion size is just as important as what you eat. Having that wonderful steak is just fine, as long as you choose a 6 or 8 oz with broccoli and wild rice, rather than that 16-20 oz with loaded mashed potatoes and buttered garlic bread. 2.) You can eat fast food healthily. There are websites out there that can give you an idea of what options to choose at restaurants if you have to eat out. Chicken is always a safe bet (grilled is obviously better for you than fried). So instead of a Double Cheeseburger with biggie fries and a Diet Coke. Go with a Chicken Sandwich complemented by a small side salad and either a glass of water with a couple slices of lemon for flavor, or a glass of iced tea. Also, if you have a choice between a greasier restaurant (aka McDonalds) vs a healthier restaurant such as Subway, I d go with the latter.3.) Even every day activities burn calories, not just working out. you burn approximately 87 calories just by talking on the phone for one hour. If you have the opportunity to take the stairs or an elevator, choose the stairs. Park at the end of the parking lot rather than the front. Walk to the store when you can. All of these will start to add up. As an added bonus. involve the entire family in the project and you can all celebrate with your successes.4.) Motivation is the key. It takes approximately 3 weeks to form a habit and only 25% of that to fall back into one. Keeping on track is the key, so whether it s using unflattering pictures, things people have told you, or even future events (living to see your first grandchild born), make sure to write down these goals, and review them daily. Tell yourself that you can reach this goal, and track it on a daily basis. Buy a scale and weigh yourself every day, tracking it to make sure. If you are starting to gain a little bit, don t fret. The body is always fluctuating by a couple pounds/kilos every week based on what you eat (which by the way is a couple of days behind in determining your actual weight).5.) Have fun while on the diet. Keep things interesting. Make sure to change up the diets. Involve others by having dinner dates where you cook a new food for others. Not only does this show others you are really trying, but its a time to bond. Happiness and a good attitude is vital in good health. 6.) Small and to the point is more effective than 2 or three big meals. For breakfast, feel free to have that 2 egg omelete with green peppers and onions, with a glass of orange juice. Don t fret about the Chicken Sandwich with a small side salad. Enjoy that cheese covered salmon filet with Wild rice (which by the way is outstanding and very healthy). the key is what you do in between. Have a handfull of Almonds or Cashews between meals as a snack if you get hungry, or have an apple, or banana. There are a number of what are referred to as 0 calorie foods which by the time you are done eating/digesting them, you will have used enough energy to work off those calories. Hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions, don t hesitate to ask. And again, these are tips that I used to lose the weight. It is possible.

Weight loss is hard and staying motivated is probably the most challenging part of losing weight. I found it the hardest part of weight loss so i decided to join an online weight loss program to lose weight because i hated going to the gym. You can do it from home, they give you the diet plans and fitness programs which you can follow http://www.alfitness.com.au

It is advised that you consult a health expert or dietician before you start a weight loss program. A weight loss program that is beneficial for one person may not be suitable for another. The metabolism of each individual varies. Do not jump at weight loss programs that advertise fast weight loss as it could prove to be harmful. The right weight loss program will assist you in losing 2-3 pounds a week and not more. If you are able to consistently lose 2 pounds a week for a few weeks, you will not only be a lot thinner and fit, you will most certainly stay that way.For more details visit http://www.looseyourweight.info
