Any weight loss tips? -

I am losing weight. And I just need to lose 5 more lbs. I am at 150 lbs and I want to be at 145 lbs. I eat special K cereal before my work out. And I eat under 1000 calories. I do drink only water. I go to the gym 7 days a week. I walk to and from the gym. I won t put pop or candy in my body.

i do the no white diet. anything that is white i don t eat nothing with flour and sugar.

You need to eat more than 1000 calories a day...at least 1200.
