Effective weight loss tips? -

I d really like responses from people who have lost significant amounts of weight. I d just like to know of some simple exercises that are effective in burning fat. I ve got one hell of a long way to go, but I figure for my health, my sanity, and any hope of EVER being in a relationship, weight loss is a necessary thing.

Hi there KennethcFirst of all, let me just say let your looks not be the determinant of the relationship you get into. If you want to lose weight, do it for the right reasons; that is, do it because it makes you happy and it is something that you want to do. There is this myth or urban legend that goes around saying when you are thin, you are beautiful and if you are a woman, men fall over themselves in a rush to be in a relationship with you; well if that is the case, that kind of relationship is not worth being in as it is loveless. If you wanna be in a relationship, be in a realtionship for love. The person who loves you truly will overlook your physique; they ll love you for you; not because you satisfy some fantasy of a man being in a relationship with some model!Now, for your question; I have found that the best and quickest way to lose weight is to eat lots of vegetables; preferably raw and drink a lot of water. Avoid meat at all costs; any kind of meat. Eat small portions of vegies frequently throughout the day. If you want to exercise, just run a bit or walk briskly for 20 to 30 minutes three time a week.Please love yourself the way you are because if you don t, no one else will.Best RegardsVictor

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck
