Weight Loss help!? -

I really need to lose weight. I am 100 lbs overweight and I try going on diets, but only last a week, and I am part of a gym but I am not moviated to go, its boring! I need some quick and helpful weight loss tips, and diet pills are NOT an opition! Please Help!?

Here is what you need to do if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Lose weight) and you will have more energry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have any or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonalds, Wendys, etc because there is nothing good for you on the menus - even the salads are bad (bacon bits, cheese, dressing, etc) Good Luck :)

First of all don t think that you are fat, don t be fricky about your weight. Second, go to gym not to loose weight just for fun and make sure to take your ipod with you cause it does help. Third, you want to loose weight without any of that stuff, eat good breakfast, very good lunch and skip dinner, and walk at least an hour a day. that s what my dad did and he lost 25 pds in a week.

Im not trying to be harsh here, but motivation is a needed factor in a diet. you dont want to do the work, but you want to loose the weight. the only option for that is surgery. stick with the diet. after a few pounds you will start to feel better and then your motivation will rise. that will lead to greater weight loss and a larger self esteem.

try a fiber supplement......do lots of walking.......drink lots of water to fill your stomach

I don t know this is a tough one. How long did it take to get 100l lbs overweight? I think first of all that it would be unrealistic to expect to lose the excess weight faster than you put it on. Generally it would make sense to think of your own body as a type of balloon; If you put more in eating - than your are taking out (excretions and chemical burning of calories the balloon will continue to get bigger. So it is very possible with this continued course you will be 130 lbs over weight by the end of the year. I don t know, you may need professional help right now. You have to exercise every day for about 30 minutes. You can do this by walking. Eat low fat, high fiber (including high fiber carbs), fruits, veggies. Cut out sweets. I promise it will work.

good thing you are not tryin diet pills but maybe you could do alot of exercise in the morning and dont eat right before you go to bedWorked for alot of people i know!!!try it for 4-6 weeksdon t eat for 4 hours before you go to bed if you need a time limit

unfortunately in order to lose weight you need motivation. Try taking an aerobics or yoga class... or getting some weights or something you can use while you watch tv at the very least, take a walk to a duck pond and feed them popcorn... etc. You need to watch what you eat REGARDLESS. see a nutritionist.. they can give u a work out plan and a simple list of foods u should or shoudnt be eating. if u dont want to do that then just search it online and find a plan that works for u. but u have to stick to it! even if its not all that fun or its rlly dificult, just think of how much it will pay off in the end. well hope i helped! good luck! 3
