I am about 200lbs and need to be at 175-180 to join the army? -

I need some weight loss tips from people who have done it

1) Find your BMI and eat according to what the charts say you need to.2) Run...start with one mile, work up to 3, then to 5 and 6...do this minimum 3-4 times a week.3) Pushups squats...50-100 a day every day.Rinse, repeat.-S

was put into hospital and was placed on a broth only diet, crackers , toast, tea ,coffee, jello, ect, ect, 4 days later lost 34 lbs by just broth so i continued for another 3 wks, you feel you will starve but stick to it it does work and the weight is still off and ive went back to the great foods without gaining so, try it you may get the results you are seeking, plus was in army for 12 yrs, try air force alot better but army is fine, good luck

Just take a walk down the main drag on Ft Bragg. They will sing cadence about you that would shame Fat Albert into skinny.Hey, Hey, On the right, Heavy Drop,Can t run,To the Sun,Too Fat, NO PRIDE, Too Fat...You get the message. Run man, Run. It will come off and you ll feel soooo much better.

Have a recruiter do a body fat tape test on you. If you make tape, the weight/ht requirement is waived. I m 6 2 and never weiged less than 190

treadmill, hit it hard, start running only eat breakfast every other day and report back to me !
