Simple weight loss tips and tricks??? -

Just lookin for some simple things to help drop some poundige, lots of poundige

Drink water. Eat the corrrect proportions. all Restaurants in US serve twice to three times the correct portion size.Exercise every day. Could just mean 30 minutes a day. or if you want to burn more off, then you ll want to adjust that. You should find out your target heart rate if you truly want to burn it off.This is a lifestyle change if you want to keep it off. it should become a regular part of your daily life. You can always indulge once in a while but remember to do it in moderation.

i lost 20lb in 1 month, by excerising everyday and eating healthy food lol

Think about eating healthy . Stay away from all white food. Such as sugar,white bread,white potato etc. Dont think diet think about losing inches. If you are a woman your waist should be no bigger than 32 inches. So hit the gym and do alot of walking. Good luck
