Weight loss tips [ any tips ideas welcome! : D? -

Hello im 120 pound and im almost 5 00ft [dont tell me im not fat because i am] And i want to be umm about 100 pound or maximum 109 pound and i go to school [5days a week] im in 8th grade and between school homework and busy schedule i dont find time to exersize [cant go to the gym we dont have the money] i want to get atleast 2-3 pound off by Christmas eve [16 days] i joined weight list and thats 3 times a week but i havent been working my hardest...is there a thing i can do to lose a least 2 pounds by Christmas eve an 10 pound off by the end of January? plz if i can get ten pound off by the end of january the ill be 110 and ill i have to do is lose 1 more pound! i need some motavition and healthy eating tips to help me reach my goal any idea s [ real idea s not get off the computer fattie or anything like that] thanks so much!~skyler~

Losing ten to fifteen pounds by the end of January shouldn t be any real problem if you can set it up right.Try eating smaller portions, but more meals throughout your day to speed up your metabolism. Also try to at least find some time to do a bit of light cardio like a 30 minute walk every morning or night woulld suffice to start.Also, indulge in yummy complex carbs like whole wheat pasta, and don t skip foods full of antioxidants such as acai juice, blueberries, and pomegranates.
