CHEERLEADER HELP ME LOSE WEIGHTTTTTt? -

ok so im trying out for cheer. mii thighs barely evan touch. in 2 months is cheer tryouts. i need weight loss tips. oh yeah and if u have any tips on making the team they will be GREATLY appreiciated

My advice to you is this: Don t just cheer sports, GET OUT THERE PLAY SPORTS!!!!It s saddens me that generations of young girls have been brainwashed into thinking it s a great thing to stand on the sidelines yell. For goodness sakes, that s no way to live life - get in there play a sport. If you re going to give me the, oh, it s like gymnastics then get out there do real gymnastics - that ll tone you up great, plus it will teach you skills. Cheerleading is not a skill.Women in the 1960 s, 1970 s, 1980 s . . . have worked really hard to get equal rights and now here we have a whole bunch of young girls who are being brainwashed into thinking that it s a wonderful thing to slap on a bunch of make-up, fake smiles waves pom-poms around. It s pathetic! It s pathetic that cheerleading is your motivation to get into shape. Although, if your thighs are barely touching, it doesn t sound like you need to lose weight at all. Stop buying into all this stick-thin is beauty nonsense. Love yourself for who you are!Stop following the crowd march to the beat of your own drummer!Good luck!HelenKeller

Join gymnastics... good exercise and it will get your ready for cheering.eat right ... lay off fast food as much as you can.

Great question! I just tried out for cheerleading and I wanted to lose some weight too! But the thing is that you shouldn t take any diet pills those aren t really healthy for you. Also don t try straving yourself because that s just harming your body. What you should do is try exercising and eating healthy foods! You should lose weight in no time

dont lose weight. its your body, no one can tell you to lose weight. and i know someone who had to lose weight bc he wrestled.. and he became so anorexic that he DIED! please.. if your gonna lose weight you need to do it healthfullly. if you are average weight.. your fine, no weight needs to be lost.if you are going to lose weight, know your limits.. dont go too far with it. drink lots of water, it speeds up your metabolism and its no calories. you never ever wanna drink calories.hope this helps!

oh no another girl who thinks they are fat but really are underweight...5 3 small frame:130-136 medium frame:133-143 large frame:140-153those girls are ur team might be super skinny (well u r 2) don t let them pressure you. as long as you can do whatever you do usually do at cheerleading tryoutsdon t worry about and gain weight..or you ll end up in the hospital
