What are your best weight loss tips? -

-drink a glass of water before you eat so you would not eat too much.-eat on small plates-avoid eating alone because you tend to eat more when no one is looking-take the stairs instead of the elevator if its just one or two floors-avoid eating anything that has legs (ex. chicken, pork...)i hope i helped =)

so your probably gonna think this is ****** up of me to even mention but idk im just gonna say what happened to me. i got wasted one friday on coors light i think i had like 8 or 9, and of course i threw up a couple times. the next day i woke up and i was hungover but it didnt go away until two days after. and even when the hangover was gone, i couldnt eat anything for almost two weeks. all i could down was fruits and bread if i was lucky. i also drank plenty of water. i dropped 15 pounds in the first week...i know how unhealthy this is lol but it worked for me and i wasnt even trying to lose weight.
