LittleStar, in order to lose weight rapidly, you will need to speed up your metabolism rate and do some exercises. In order to speed up your metabolism rate, I would recommend a diet called Calorie Shifting. I think you might have heard of it. It is basically a low calorie diet, but you are switching the amount of calorie consumption so that you can increase your body metabolism rate. You might want to try this diet because the result is pretty good. You can get a free 7 days sample menu below.

Try the Wu-Yi Tea Diet: http://WuYiTeaDiet.infoIt helped me lose 8 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.

Ok well Im on Weightwatchers and like you want to speed up the weightloss this month, Ive done alot of reading and a couple of really easy tips are as follows, which seem to really curb cravings thus helping you lose weight quicker:- Always eat a healthy filling breakfast such as porridge no later than 2 hours after you wake up, this will get your metabolism going waiting longer will slow it down.- Try and stay away from carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes) as they trigger your sweet cravings and make dieting all that harder also proteins will keep you fuller longer without that sluggish feeling- Try and stay away from carbonated drinks again they leave you feeling gassy and wanting sugar- Aim to eat breakfast 2 hours after you wake up , lunch 5 hours after that and dinner 5 hours after that with only fruit (no banas) or veg inbetween. If you can do that youll be sure to drop the weight quicker. Oh and drinking green tea is supposed to be very good too. Id also definitly try starting weightwatchers, this is by far the most sensible and long term solution there is out there. take a look at their site www.weightwatchers.com and see if you want to get started on it. You could lose that 10pounds in a month if you stick to it religously. Dont waste your time on any other fad diets they are all acomplete waste of time (trust me I have tried them all!). Obviously if you can excercise this will make huge difference. Good luck :-)

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It s really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
