Can anyone suggest some weight loss tips? -

I m transferring to a new school in August and I want to lose weight so I look and feel better. A gym is pretty much out of the question because I can t find one that is willing to let me do less then a one year contract. Can you suggest some exercises I can do at home?Should I be walking in the park? How much? Also what are some good foods for me to eat?Any help is appreciated!!!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

This is probably going to be all stuff you have heard before but;1. Eat well, three fruits, two veg, at least (ideally more) one good protein source and two-three good carbohydrate sources. A DAY.2. Try to get 4-5 30min exercise sessions A WEEK. This means you should work up a sweat you don t necessarily have to sprint for 30mins etc.Tried swimming? It is probably one of the best exercised to do to loose weight as it requires little effort, is easy on the joints, and burns lots of calories. Why not make this one of your 4-5 exercises a week. Swim on the weekends and walk midweek say?3. Don t expect immediate results, try to make it part of your routine until you are happy with yourself.

For me time was a problem. I couldn t hang out at a Gym everynight and my day was to busy. I discovered Hoodia, an all natural weight supplement.I noticed results in a week. I lost 2 pounds and felt great. Just be careful there are a lot of imitations out there. Unique Hoodia guarantees 100% Hoodia in there product Guaranteed. It costs a bit more but it works. Here is a review site, I hope it helps!

Ride a bike, buy some exercise videos, take a dance class, etc. As to foods, try to get in 5-7 servings of fruit/veggies, 2-3 of dairy, 2 teaspoons of healthy oil, and lots of water.
