Help with weight loss tips? -

Okay, I m 17, and I have PCOS, which makes it 4x as hard to loose weight. I m 5 5 and roughly 220 pounds. I never had issues with weight before I hit puberty, as my condition is the caus of my weight gain. I was an allstar softball player, volleyball player, and I ve been competively riding horses since I was three. I was wondering if anyone had Any good workout plans or tips? Don t worry about making anything too extreme or anything like that, because I am able to take even the toughest workouts.

Well, I ll give you some advice that ISN T an advertisement, haha.The biggest thing is to run. A lot. Whether you can go full speed or not, run as far and as long as is physically possible for you. Yoga or pilates would be a good addition to running.I m overweight, and have finally began losing weight these past few weeks, mostly through crunches (A ton of them), squats, and weights. I have lost roughly 7 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks, doing just this, as well as cutting down on food intake slightly.I am 5 9 and 195 lbs. as of Wednesday, so it s also not like I have 300 lbs to lose, so 7 comes easily. Along with just basic exercises, try eating smaller portions. If you find yourself hungry still after what should be enough, try eating more slowly, it gives the body time to digest the food.
