Anybody have any good weight loss tips? -

Try doing cardio at LEAST 3 times a week for 20 minutes or more. I like the treadmill, but you can also jumprope, swim, do the elliptical, or anything else that raises your heartrate. Find time to exercise and you ll feel tons better!
