I lost 10 pounds a year ago after switching from whole milk to 1%... please read...? -

since then I ve gained almost all of it back when my mom stopped buying me whole milk and I started eating unlhealthily again, do you think I could do it again if I switched back?Whatever weight loss tips do you have?I excercise ALMOST every day (when I don t have homework) because I need to look good for Hawaii this summer (oh yeah!)But I usually just dance, run or walk. It s starting to get boring...
