Weight los help please:)? -

I am 5 9 170 pounds. I have some muscles but am looking to lost more weight. I would like any ideas other than exercise because i already do boxing. I need a weihgt loss meal plan or other weight loss tips. Thanks alto in advanced

where you are in my opinion is perfect but if you wont to lose more stop strength training and start cardio. muscle weighs more then fat . Try running and a low carb high protin diet. look in up on the web but if you are a boxer you should be more worried about you strength not how skinny you are
