Im 13 and need some good weight loss tips (:? -

Im 13, 154 lbs, and 5 2 I want to lose at least 30 lbs, and i don t really wanna go under that, because i don t like it when people are stick skinny.I want to loose it in at least 2 months.I want to go steps at a time.Anyone do anything that helped them lose weight that would help me?And does anyone have anything to get me motivated to actually do it?

im also 13 and trying to lose weight it takes time but i think you can do it try doing 100 crunches before going to bed it helps your abs...eat fruits and vegetables. Keep a journal about what you eat then at the end of the day find every thing you ate and add up the calories that helped me. Oh and just remember if you use a journal make sure the calories dont go over 2000. Thats the max calories a human should eat a day. Good Luck!

you should definitely eat less and exercise more to lose weight.try to have at least 5 days where you do cardio workouts for about 30-45 minutes.drink more watertry to eat about 500 calories less than your BMR (look up BMR calculator on google)and, to be motivated, just imagine yourself like ou already lost the weight. act like it already happened, andbe ready for it. when you look in the mirror, think to yourslef, i look great! or something like that :)it makes it go by faster, too

Don t worry its 100% free and its not fake. It also has places and articles about helping you get motivated and not to quit. It teaches you on what you need to be doing, and you can plan your exercising days. What you need to do is Cardio. Cardio is what pumps up your heart and burns fat. Try doing Cardio for 30-60 minutes a day about 3-5 times a week. It shows you some ten minute strength exercise you can do Which include, Squats, push ups, lunges, side crunches, and more. This helps tone the body, 1-3 times a week. And when you do this don t do it like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Try resting a couple of days. If you don t rest your going to be too weak to do any of the exercises. On the website it also tells you about nutrition. Try eating 6 small meals a day. Or keep track of your calorie intake. and Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Though that seems a bit hard for me to do. But just try to drink enough water, without over drinking.
