about me ;age; 14 weight ; 125 height ; 5 2hi ! so ever since school got out i have been telling myself that i was going to start going to the gym and eat healthy . unfortunately , i haven t done any . but i have tried . so i then signed up for YMCA to go . once again , i didn t go except for one time . fast forward to today. i am now REALLY up to it to lose weight get toned . i don t want to have to face another year of school looking like this . i am not ugly fat nor have a flat stomach . but i really want a toned stomach stomach . also , is 2% milk fattening ? what other types of foods are for making a toned stomach ? i have also heard that green tea helps you lose weight . how ? do you have to be in a diet in order to lose weight while drinking it ? im also going to start running at YMCA so i can get fit when school comes . i am going to try out for cross sports again so yeah . any workouts i can do ? realistic ones ? what else can i do at YMCA so that i can get a toned stomach ? do you know when i will start seeing results ? i am up for anything now . i have exactly one month left before school starts so i am afraid i won t get any results . any advice will help .thanx in advance . ; ]
firstly cutting all the junk out of your diet would be your top prioritythis takes out alot of the bad fats and calories from your diet, which are the ones adding fat onto the abdomenalthough 2% milk does have some fat, do not neglect dairy products as they contain many nutrients that help the bodybest way to lose weight and get a toned stomach would be to rotate between ab/oblique workouts and cardiothe workouts help to add tone in the abdomen, and the cardio helps show the tone by burning caloriesuse interval training as you run1 minute jog 20 seconds sprint and so onif you stick to those steps then you will have a much more toned stomach by the start of school
