There are a lot of little things that you can do. Stop drinking any soda with sugar in it and fruit juices (eat the fruit instead.) You can switch to diet soda if you wish but drinking water is better. Cut out or cut back junk food.You are at a healthy weight so you probably just need to change some of the fat into muscles to look better.Start doing cardio at least 1/2 hour (1 hour is better)per day- 4-5 times a week and do some weight training 3 times per week. Some cardio examples: swimming, brisk walks or running or jogging, water aerobics, tennis, badminton, soccer.
