Drink lots of water and to lose fat, do aerobic exercises.

1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet with controlled but adequate portion sizes. Make sure you get the nutrients you need, or you will stay hungry and tend to eat too much.2. Exercise. Find a form of exercise you want to do anyway and look forward to, so it s easier to do it regularly.3. Stay away from the scale. Instead, measure your progress by how your pants fit. You can t lose 30 pounds if you don t lose 1..another one that works is be prepared for snack attacks...They come when least expected and if you dont have a plan and something ready at that time you will eat anything and everything .
