Any weight loss tips would help!? -

hey, im a 15 year old female. i weight too much. aha id like to lose weight. i just wanna get it off effectively, and relatively fast. i know asking to lose 50 pounds in 5 months is unreasonable. and i don t aim to do that. but i would like to lose some weight for summer.i walk about 2-3 miles every morning. then have special k waffles. (180calories i think) then usually have a sandwich on whole wheat bread for lunch but im stuck about dinner.i cant think of many healthy dinner meals. can anybody suggest some? or ANY weight loss tips? thanks guys!

cycling, swimming, dancing, running, walking helpi used to be 59 kg at 15. i lost 14 kilos in just 1 year doing these with a normal diet! i ate healthy including milk shake (it makes you well stuffed), fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, soup, boiled egg, chicken.cheers!
