I need weight loss tips? -

so, i am trying to loss weight and get in shaoe,the problem is that i cant run at all, i have a VERY bab foot. and i cant run, sometimes i can barely walk.I need some good weight loss tips.please and thank you :]

My Ten Tips for Losing Weight1. get plenty of sleep2. exercise in ANY way you can, even if that means waving your arms around for 20 min, seriously every little bit of motion helps. Do anything you can, sometimes you ve got to do things even when you don t feel up to it as well, but it usually gets better. 3. drink plenty of water4. cut out sugars, if you have a craving for junk food-heres what i find can really work- try replacing junk foods with healthier foods that have the same effect. For example, i was always craving cake and pastries, but then i found these vanilla nutrigrain bars and taking small bites and enjoying them i got the texture and taste of pastry.5. take small bites and enjoy each bite, it will help you to stop when you are full 6. DON T EAT EXCESSIVELY! only eat when you are hungry and only eat until you are just nourished enough to have energy for the day. 7. eat small portions throughout the day rather than a few big meals, i ve heard this works for a lot of people8. get some protein in your diet, a decent amount9. THE BIGGEST RULE - the main thing to live by is you must eat less calories than you burn off. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. Simple as that. Its the BIG SECRET to weight loss. =] 10. Focus on being healthy. Your body will even things out if you do.
