Weight loss tips for a 13 yr old? -

Any tips for a lazy, inactive, pick eater who is 13, and weighs 190 lbs. I can t take this anymore, breaking down crying everyday cuz i don t feel good about myself, and boys don t like me and i m not popular . I hate being judged for my size, i wanna be judged for me. Highschool is on its way and i wanna make a good first impression or else i m gonna be the 200lb lazy whale that no one likes or wants to be with. Tips for weight loss?.....

Tips for eating:*You ll be surprised how much water can fill you up!!!!! Same goes for green vegetables such as lettuce. So eat alot of that!*Or you can rinse your mouth with mouth wash. That works out great.*Chewing gum is perfect for satisfying cravings. :]*Always wait 15 minutes before having a second serving.*Keep incouraging yourself to reach your goal!*Make a support system. Cut back with a friend or family member. You two can support each other when you feel like digging in.*Keep eatting every few hours. If you wait too long, you ll want to eat everything in sight.*Find a hobbie that will distract you from eatting. For example, when I m craving something I like to dance or write storys or listen to music.*Stay away from the kitchen after 8:00!*Keep your tv away from the kitchen.*Never eat while your on the computer or watching tv.
