Weight Loss Tips? Please?! I Really Want to Drop Some Pounds...? -

Okay, please do not call me dumb or say I m insane... I am fifteen years old and I haven t weighed myself for awhile though the last time I did I was one twenty-something. I just want to lose the belly fat because I honestly hate my appearance. Can somebody please give me some hints? Thanks in Advance...

Just start with eating healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Don t eat any junk food, or sodas. But drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. If you feel hungry drink a bottle of water, if your still hungry after wards eat something. Eat smaller portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. When eating out you can get a salad, grilled chicken, anything healthy. You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. If you hate running you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout. If you ever get bored with this routine you can try yoga or cycling, something fun like that! Try working out with friends, and listening to music so you don t get bored.Good luck! :]

Obesity is the root cause of many life threatening diseases and health disorders. Some of the major health risks for being obese or overweight include diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. This is the reason why people are continuously looking for a permanent cure of obesity. This has made weight loss pills, diet pills, etc. one of the top searches on the internet. Though many of these diet pills and supplements are genuine and credible; some are false and misleading. Many false diet pills claims are increasing in statistics. In this article you will find some important facts about obesity and sources to find natural weight loss pills and supplements made of pure herbal composition. The BMI (body mass index) is used by nutritional scientists to define obesity. It is obtained by dividing bodyweight in kilos by the square of height in meters. The BMI is supposed to be between 18.5 and 25 for normal persons. Values between 25 and 30 are seen in overweight persons and more than 30 in frank obesity.Apart from BMI there are other factions to reckon within the domain of obesity. There is this entity called Central Obesity or Visceral Obesity, which is said to be the real culprit in causing damage in obese persons, such as diabetes or heart attack. Sumo wrestlers who look huge and hopelessly obese have surprisingly low visceral obesity, so they would have if they were of the same body weight otherwise. Also their active exercise programs help reduce the risk of heart attacks which sedentary obese patients tend to have. Overcoming obesity or overweight needs a clear perception. You need a complete diet plan and daily workout session to keep you fit and healthy. This will not only help you in maintaining an ideal weight but also improves your overall health. Diet supplements and weight loss pills when combined with proper diet and exercises, gives an amazing result.Disclaimer: This article is not meant to provide health advice and is for general information only.
