Weight loss tips/plans/suggestions/thoughts? -

This is kind of long, so please, bare with me.I am a 21 year old female. I am about 5 foot 3 inches. I weigh 289 pounds. When I graduated high school, I weigh about 180. So needless to say I ve never been SKINNY skinny. But never this big. After I graduated, I didn t think I needed to go to college, so I got a desk job as a data entry operator for 3 and half years. I gained about 100 pounds during that time. I can t stand to look at myself in the mirror. I have virtually no clothes that will fit, and I can t find any cute clothes. I look at myself in disgust. I refuse to be in pics. I have large (DD) breasts, and basically no hips/butt. I have a big stomach. My arms aren t very fat. (I have a little flab on the inner part.) I have muscular calves, and pretty muscular thighs. There is some fat on my inner thighs. My main problem is my stomach. I don t have a job now, so I can t afford to buy all these fancy diet pills and things. I guess what I m looking for is some tips, some encouragement on losing weight. I think I want to lose about 150 pounds... Is that an unrealistic goal?

it will take a while but if you stay focused and change your eating habits and get your exercise levels up anything is possible its all up to you!!

Anyone trying to lost weight fast should look into the Acai Berry. It is one of the most nutritional foods on earth. The high vitamins and anti-oxidents in Acai contributes to rapid weight loss.

wake up early, run, stop to eat oily food, take only fruits and juice,do yoga....

I was a high school wrestler then I weighed 191lbs I was solid I gained over 100lbs and was also disgusted when I looked at pics of myself but I recently started to take a more involved approach..well I had a little help from my doctors comments about early strokes and and such any way I started a you know what yeah the D , word but with this one I did not have to exercise and still lost nearly a pound a day you can check it out on my website I even left my phone number so people could call and verify.....Http://www.hcgdiditforme.com

Hi, Sasha.I don t think your goal is unrealistic. I do think it will take time and effort. If you can t afford programs or equipment, start with walking. If you don t like that or get bored, you can go to the library and check out exercise videos for free. Just take it easy to begin with so you don t hurt yourself and quit altogether. I m including a couple of links below to help you out.The first one takes you to Dani Johnson s website. Dani was 50 pounds overweight. In fact, her lifestyle was so bad she was actually gaining a pound a day! She was also homeless living out of her car. She started in business with $2.03 to her name when she was 21. She made $250,000 her first year and was a millionaire by age 23. She can equip you with the right frame of mind to tackle any challenge, including being overweight and unemployed. Go to her sight today and sign up for a free membership. It s the absolute best advice I can give you. Watch her videos to find out more about her story. The second link is to my personal resource for managing my weight. I drink a thermogenic (fat burning) energy drink 30 - 45 minutes before I eat lunch. It s very convenient because it s a powder that I mix with water. It tastes sorta like Hawaiian Punch, but not as good. ;) It cuts my appetite and gives me extra energy through the afternoon slump. I also take a low-cost, high quality liquid vitamin to make sure I m getting everything my body needs. You can learn more about both of them by clicking on the second link.Remember that your worth has nothing to do with the size of your waist or the size of your wallet. You are intrinsically and eternally valuable.Best wishes and good luck!
